I've never seen so many bad reviews on one Walmart..... I am 70 on a fixed income and confined so the delivery service seemed essential.. DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE if you can't afford to have our funds tied up while their lousy customer service (TIFFANY) lies their way out of a botched delivery.... clearly the driver (RON) could not be bothered and lied about his attempted delivery and returned my order to the store..... the store manager (KEVIN) was more interested in making stupid excuses and blaming me then finding a solution ...they kept my order and my funds for 10 days and continually hung up on me when I called them back to find remedy(LORALIE) ..... I just wanna say Wow! Your store is so Beautiful, I was in there last night because we were in Mormon Coulee area and it is so organized and just love how clean and neat it is! Onalaska store is closer to me but is cluttered and unorganized and just boring I don't like going in there because of that reason. Came to get my oil change and was told my wait will be 3 hours. There was only 1 car ahead of me (being worked on in the garage). Also, there were 3 techs standing around. Anyways, I called the Walmart desk guy out on his bluff and said I'll stay for the oil change. Guess what? Oil change done in 30 mins. I guess some people are just lazy and don't want to do their job. Idk if they get paid hourly or on commission. But I'm going to assume hourly because the guy didn't want to work and just collect a paycheck. Thanks buddy. Better luck next time. read more

Everytime i go to this walmart i'm standing around for atleast 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to assist me, whether or not it's at the electronics or to get an oil change. Most the time there isn't even anyone at the counters to assist you so you have to chase them down to get help. I've waited to write this review thinking maybe i just happened to be there on a bad day, but as often as i go there now after moving up here and this being something that happens EVERYTIME. That needs to be fixed. Some people don't have time to just sit around waiting for people to do their job. read more

Gotta love Walmart. I am giving this location 2 stars because I get a lot of my groceries here, should be 1. Good prices and the pick up option is convenient. This location has some of the worst customer service imaginable. I actually live right next to this store and drive to the Onalaska location to avoid being treated poorly. There is an older woman who I always see in the woman's fitting room, she is absolutely the worst. Super rude every time. I avoid trying things on now. I'd say half the employee interactions I've had here were negative, a few times absolutely rude. Shout out to that guy who wears a cape at the self check out area. He is the best thing about that store. Always super friendly, GREAT customer service. Definitely one of the only reasons I would come back. I saw him help someone in a wheelchair to their car in winter, it was amazing. He should teach customer service training. read more

I'm giving this location 4 stars for several reasons: The cosmetics section isn't on lockdown like it is where I'm from. Where I'm at, even the common body sprays are locked up and you can never find anyone to unlock the case. No problem at this location. The gluten free section at this store isn't super, but they have one and it's easy to find. They also have a decent selection of non-dairy frozen treats. And finally, it's clean and the staff I encountered were friendly. Anyone complaining about this location ought to experience the ones out west in AZ and NV. read more

Anytime we need something and we're near Walmart we go. They are such well run stores. This one is no exception. We were traveling through this area and needed some stuff so we stopped. It's a well run store, well stocked, clean and reasonable prices. Very nice produce dept. as well. read more

Went to the store with my son and a friend to get a few things on our way home. My kids stopped in the TV/electronic area and the worker in that department offered his condolences for having them. We went around the corner. There was a crash and my kids were accused of breaking something when they were looking at pillows. The crash was 20-50' away. Customer service is terrible. Every department had horrible employees. One around the household area made a comment about not having anything to do on a Friday night than to wander Walmart. We had an event until 10 and did a little shopping afterward. read more

I usually have ok, non-eventful shopping trips at this Walmart. But today I went in to pickup an online photo order and, let's just say everyone on the staff needs to be trained about where photo orders are to be picked up vs walmart.com orders. Hint: you still pickup online photo orders AT THE PHOTO DESK! I was sent to front of store for this (by someone who showed up after a couple of minute wait but apparently does not normally work the photo desk), waited 2nd in line at the front of store pickup line for 15+ minutes because of equipment troubles/lack of training, then was told to go to the photo desk at back of store to pick up my photo order. The right person was there this time & it took him 2 seconds to give me the prints. 20+ minutes for something that should've taken 2 seconds. This was supposed to be a quick stop. read more

Father Time and Conflux were bustin' our balls at approximately 11 p.m. Conflux insulted our night-tine activities. Yes, we enjoy hanging out in a Walmart, and yes, we did buy something. Father Time on the other hand was an absolute bully. We thought he was a really chill dude, but someone broke a candle and he assumed it was us and threatened to send in the Enforcers. I enjoyed the 2 cans of corn I bought for $1, but Conflux and Father Time's service was unacceptable. read more
