A store associate kindly explained they weren't getting the calendar frame until the next day and they would call me. She was very kind and I understood. Days went by and no call (this was for a same day pickup order mind you). I finally got a call and voicemail saying it was ready. I excitedly went to the store and a store associate rudely told me it wasn't ready yet. I told her I received a phone call that it was ready to which she responded rudely and loudly in front of all patrons, "it doesn't matter if you got a call! It's not ready!" I was shocked. She then asked to see the voicemail and when she saw it was an automated message she raised her voice and said "don't listen to this, it's automated! You don't come in for that!" I said how am I supposed to know? It said my order was ready. She continued to argue with me and publicly try to embarrass me. I am livid. I have been coming to this CVS my entire life. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when the problem that occurred was on the store's end. I am a customer and there was zero customer service given to me today. For reference, I went on 2/1/23 at 4:30PM and the woman had short, blonde hair and wore glasses and had a smokers voice. I intend to contact the manager and have this addressed because I am certain this woman must talk to everyone this way. I want to avoid having someone else be treated this way. I have worked in customer service my entire life and even when a customer yelled at me and may have been wrong, I still remained calm and polite because you represent the company you are working for. If this happened once, it'll happen again. And I refuse to continue patronizing a store allowing their employees to treat customers this way. I also still do not have my calendar order that I needed today, February 1st, for work. Update: I contacted corporate about this employee and they told the store manager, who called me to apologize. The nurse Jacqualyn C. delivered stellar customer service at the mini-clinic. The mini-clinic offered wide opening hours seven days per week. The wait was under twenty minutes. It is so convenient and you receive quality care. The waiting area had at least four chairs. If you were to have to wait longer, you can also request to receive a text message when you are registering. The text message will inform you when your appointment will be within thirty minutes. Thus, you can run errands nearby instead of waiting. Ample free parking, the CVS pharmacy is located at an intersection, etc.

I have always found what I sought, and even found things I did not sought. The prices on these items are sometimes really low. Most recently were the Ghiradelli chocolate bars that were 2 for $5, a very nice price indeed. The associates who work the register are very friendly, and always try to get me to join the reward program. But I keep losing the cards. It was open to seniors from Mercer county but near the end younger folks were included. When I found out about it I offered to take my uncle here. He jumped(figuratively) at the chance. We arrived around 3:00 and found only about 5 people ahead of us. A pharmacist and an assistant were the only staff here, but the assistant was amazing. This young lady did all of the paperwork and made sure info and cards were accurate. This was no easy feat as each person there were operating at senior speed(no offense) and missing certain documents. She helped the process flow and you eventually made your way to the pharmacist who was administering the shots. Regardless of your first vaccine, you were able to select any of the 3 approved vaxs for a boost. This in itself was time consuming for a few of the recipients, but the pharmacist patiently explained the options to each. He also prescribed plenty of fluids to begin immediately to cut down any side affects. Both of these workers seemed to really care about what they were doing! I don't have a need for prescription drugs, but I'm sure going to try to find a reason to bring some business to this pharmacy.

I'm NEVER going back to CVS or any other pharmacy. Olden Pharm is my go-to for everything now. No lines! The staff are nice and knowledgeable. The head pharmacist is a really nice guy who will go out of his way to get you the meds you need and will work with your doctor and insurance in a timely manner. He knows his stuff and will answer any questions you have. They carefully check your meds, even putting little notes and reminders on your prescription bags in case they need to counsel you on some meds before they hand it over to you. That extra care just really ranks them high in my book. Reliable, timely, and overall GREAT "good neighbor pharmacy!"
