I was introduced to this gift shop in the pharmacy and fell in absolute awe of all the fabulous , unique, beautiful gifts, jewelry, candles, cards and clothing, yes, clothing!!!! Very retro, chic and you can tell a lot of thought was put into bringing them into the shop. Displays are wonderful, beautiful! You want a gift different, special, not from the usual mall gifts, again, go to this gift boutique in North church Pharmacy!!!! You won't leave empty handed or unwrapped, for any occasion, present date, its Christmas!!! You'll feel it the minute you walk in the door. Amy, the Manger, is wonderful and so kind! She encourages you to walk around and offers wonderful gift ideas, not at all pushy! Amy really just wants you to truly be happy with your purchase!!! Loved this store as it's on my way home from work and easy to swing in for dinner supplies. It's…read moreclean, neat and usually empty enough that I can get in and out quickly. One BIG downside though... the hours right around when customers might pop in after work (6-7ish) they always seem to have someone going around the store with a floor polishing machine. It's loud, it puts out terrible smelling exhaust fumes and the operators often DONT CARE who's in the way as they push it down the aisle paying more attention to their phone than where they're going. The other day the person even pushed it down my checkout aisle WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT! I'm done with Weis, this never happens anywhere else.

Just one open cashier/register on a busy, busy, Labor Day afternoon??!!…read more That's Weis in Franklin--trying to do everything possible to push people to go to the miserable Shoprite just up the road. But for the customers who want to support Weis, there's zero appreciation in return, just one slap in the face after another! With some corporate scamming thrown in, as well! On the lousy self-selve registers, the software has trouble holding the scanned store card information during a multi-item order, which would be most transactions...and keeps knocking the store card necessary to obtain the sale prices off the profile! Despite scanning of the store card with assistance of a manager multiple times, sale prices still wouldn't show, causing the register to overcharge and reflect the original inflated price! Pepperidge Farm Double Dark Chocolate Milano Cookies, for eg., were supposed to be on sale for $3.99, but at Weis's faulty self-serve register, they were $4.99, causing us to overpay. Then, for the real fun and humiliation, we had to go to the customer service counter (I use the term loosely) to get the overcharge corrected, where the female employee said, quoting, "I don't want to hear your story!" More checkers need to be hired, and employees on duty need to immediately help out at other registers when the line of customers on the one open hits 10 people--or even more than 5 or 6 people! Fix the software to reflect sale prices, for goodness sake, and accommodate customers with disabilities. Who needs to spend Labor Day at the pool or beach, when you can waste away at the Franklin Weis and be made to feel like two cents?

If you are a responsible user, 18 years or older, trying to get clean syringes without a…read moreprescription (which is completely legal in NJ) to prevent infections and the spread of diseases such as HIV or hep C, do not expect the pharmacists here to be of any help! I look at clean syringes as being similar to condoms. If someone wants to use drugs nothing is going to stop them as with sexual intercourse. To deny one the means to do so safely and responsibly because of personal beliefs is plain unprofessional and detrimental to the person's health and the public's safety. When I asked politely for a pack of syringes at this location I was given a nasty attitude and was lied to straight to my face. The pharmacist walked over to where the syringes were, looked down at the full box (which I could clearly see), and told me "sorry we're all out." Still being polite I asked her if she could possibly direct me to a location that could help me out and might have some in stock, to which she nastily replied "nope, sorry, looks like you're out of luck." Fortunately I knew from experience that the Rite Aids in Paterson NJ would sell them without all the BS, but it was a huge inconvenience having to take the hour drive out there when I could have gotten them right there in Hamburg. Overall I'm disappointed and disgusted with this locations customer service.

Shopping in Franklin, New Jersey…read more.. Since Dollar Tree didn't have protein bars, we went to Walmart. The selection was amazing! My friend finally decided on a couple of boxes... and we went on our way. (She's making goodie bags for guests who are staying over at the hotel where her son is getting married... thoughtful, isn't she?) Customer service was excellent. They asked if we found everything we needed. We asked if they had postcards... one of the gals did a search on her phone and came to the conclusion that they didn't have any... Sorry, friends... This is the third time we ordered Walmart delivery and it got delivered to another address. Walmart…read moretells me they don't know or have a picture where it got delivered. At this point it's funny! It's like the driver purposely drops it off somewhere else. If we didn't have Covid, we would go drive around the neighborhood looking for our package like the last two times. Now I have to wait 48 hours to see if my refund is accepted. I'm about done with Walmart. Stopped shopping there a while ago but have a card that they accept. Walgreens seems real nice about now lol.
