While I'm actually shopping, the employees are friendly and very helpful, but when it's time to…read morecheck out, wow! Lately, most times my purchases, food and otherwise, are tossed onto the conveyor, then tossed back into the cart. Clothing that was folded, was unfolded, bunched up, then put into the cart. Bags of veggies, frozen or fresh, are tossed, ostensibly bruising the contents inside. It was not a busy time at the store: only one or two customers per checkout lane, so there was no need to rush. The lack of respect for my purchases is disgraceful. There is no need to throw my purchased items around. This happens way too often, please treat the customer and her/his purchases with a little respect.

No customer service, no alert that they couldn't get the medication that I ordered six days ago, and is needed tomorrow, but advice to go to the ED. however, since this is an outstanding review for Kroger pharmacy and not a zero star review for Walgreens, I say I called in a slight panic, after not getting any help at CVS either, to wonderful pharmacy staff and wonderful service.

I've never been there previously so to my own fault I did not see the white price tag on the top of the box. Instead of telling me kindly where it was located or the price the box was shoved in my face and I was told "it's right here". Never again! This is supposed to be one of the more professional establishments but I'm happy to make a considerable drive than to deal with young unprofessionals who have zero curiosity or customer relations. I wish the owner luck because that is the exact attitude slowly but surely removing clients. Whst a disappointment.
