Now I have shifted a lot of what I was ordering from Amazon to Vitamin Shoppe (shocking I know), they have great sales plus I like being able to see what I am buying in person. The staff is sometimes more helpful than other times, depends on their personal interest in the stuff but I do hate how they will only have 1 person on the floor sometimes. Customers here can have a lot of questions and that can lead to a long wait at the register. I also really wish they had some kind of rewards program, it would be nice to be getting something back for all the $$$ I've spent here.

I overheard him answering several questions on the phone with lots of patience (I would have not been so patient). He apologized for my short wait and was friendly and helpful throughout my pop-in.
