When I asked, the pharmacist why they kept my doctor on the phone for 40 minutes only to make him leave a message she got snippy and said we are going to need 30 more minutes. I said I have been waiting 40 minutes already she snarled 30 more minutes. I asked her why are you mad at me? I could've come back tomorrow, but you can't even tell me that it's going to be a while at the beginning. Totally disorganized.

They called Alwan, transferred the prescription and I had it in my hands in 2 hours. If I'd started with Preckshot instead of Alwan, my pet would have started on her medication not one day, but two days earlier.

More an O2 delivery service; than a place for respiratory care and advice. My Doctor ordered a pulmonary function test to determine if I was a candidate for a portable O2 concentrator. I got the run around and excuses from Proctor Medical Equipment about getting this done and after several months of waiting switched to another provider. Bottom line; there is much more money to be made delivering O2 tanks on a weekly basis than by renting a portable O2 concentrator to Medicare. PROFIT OVER PATIENT CARE!
