When I asked, the pharmacist why they kept my doctor on the phone for 40 minutes only to make him leave a message she got snippy and said we are going to need 30 more minutes. I said I have been waiting 40 minutes already she snarled 30 more minutes. I asked her why are you mad at me? I could've come back tomorrow, but you can't even tell me that it's going to be a while at the beginning. Totally disorganized.

They told me that I would have to get paper prescriptions and bring them in in order to get my prescriptions transferred over. That was a year ago. Now I tried to get a prescription refilled. I waited almost 30 minutes (after they said it would be a 15 minute wait) just for them to tell me they don't have it and I'd have to drive to a different Walgreens in east peoria to get it refilled. I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. They are understaffed and probably under paid. Called a different pharmacy because I want to transfer over all my prescriptions and the pharmacist there said even they have a hard time getting this Walgreens to answer the phone. NOT worth the hassle.

Walking in, I could immediately tell I was going to be treated like royalty. I was there during the Junction City Christmas walk and thought I wouldn't be getting much attention because they were so busy! On the contrary, I was greeted at the front door with smiles and a Preckshot water bottle to boot! I am a health and wellness fanatic and thought that I would ask a few questions to some of the employees to see the types of answers I would get. The employees were educated on each type of product that they sold, and if one was not able to answer me, they spoke to someone within their shop that would be able to answer me! I knew my questions may have been complex, but I was quite impressed with their responses! Something I noted was that they had items to purchase for literally anyone you could think of! (Baby, mom, dad, and the pets in the family!) I also was fortunate to get a tour around the new facility. Let me tell you- BIG.THINGS.HAPPENING. I cannot wait to see the types of educational events/sessions that will be held in the area thanks to Preckshot. Their technology is top notch and from what I know, one of the few in the country that has this type of science. I spoke with the owner of the Preckshot. Her passion was definitely apparent as she told me the story of how she got to where she is. Overall, awesome experience! I cannot wait for the completion of the laboratory and the entire shop to see what amazing things this will bring to the central Illinois region. Thank you Preckshot! I will be back.

I didn't know how to use the computer system to check in - that's how you say you're there to pick up I guess. I was new to this and stumbled around trying to figure out. The screen said it was in progress and they'd let me know when it was ready. After hanging around for about 15 min, I went up o the counter to see if it would be ready or if I should come back - legit wasn't upset, just trying to sort out my next steps. Pharmacist looked at me and continued to work on stuff behind the drug counter. I tried to ask but was ignored. Eventually another customer came up to the register next to me and the pharmacist immediately came over and handed them their prescription. Then the pharmacist turned to me, handed me the medication, said to pay, and then legit walked away. Whew. That was ROUGH. No shade on people, especially having to work on a holiday weekend, but I felt really WEIRD and unliked walking out of there. Do better CVS! I want to like you!

In fact, I first went to the Walmart Super Center on Allen Road, but their Auto Center never seems to have anything less than a 10 hour wait. So, off to the Walmart on University, I went. This review is more for the Tire and Auto Center than the actual store. My experience was great. They saw me immediately, had my tire in stock and in about 30 minutes were done with the whole job. Courteous customer service and friendly repairman who explained my options. Granted, the Auto Center might have been nearly empty since everyone now shops at the one on Allen Road :) but I was very happy with the service. For those who haven't been to this Walmart in a while, they have repaved the lot (no more car size pot holes!), and updated the store inside. It's still a little ghetto, but much improved. Also, if anyone out there needs a tire repaired at the Walmart Super Center on Allen Road, the repairman informed me that he "use to work at that store," and the best day to go is Tuesday.

If you have a pet, rest assured they do not care if it's medication is on time even if its life or death. Giving over a week to concoct a compound is never enough. When you call to check on the prescription they get rude. The fact they have little competition makes them treat their compounding customers like dirt, and not like the good kind of dirt either.
