I got the run around and excuses from Proctor Medical Equipment about getting this done and after several months of waiting switched to another provider. Bottom line; there is much more money to be made delivering O2 tanks on a weekly basis than by renting a portable O2 concentrator to Medicare. PROFIT OVER PATIENT CARE!
