Also, if the customer calls again, the recorded message says NOT to leave another message as this "slows down the process." The staff member who called me back late that day indicated that she did not know if the medication would be ready the next day. I ended up calling Preckshot Pharmacy. They called Alwan, transferred the prescription and I had it in my hands in 2 hours. If I'd started with Preckshot instead of Alwan, my pet would have started on her medication not one day, but two days earlier.
