If you have a pet, rest assured they do not care if it's medication is on time even if its life or death. Giving over a week to concoct a compound is never enough. When you call to check on the prescription they get rude. The fact they have little competition makes them treat their compounding customers like dirt, and not like the good kind of dirt either.

The worker was rude and condescending. This pharmacy is literally less than mile from me, and I'll drive to go elsewhere. There were 8 cars in line in the drive thru when I left. When I asked, the pharmacist why they kept my doctor on the phone for 40 minutes only to make him leave a message she got snippy and said we are going to need 30 more minutes. I said I have been waiting 40 minutes already she snarled 30 more minutes. I asked her why are you mad at me? I could've come back tomorrow, but you can't even tell me that it's going to be a while at the beginning. Totally disorganized.
