I said I have been waiting 40 minutes already she snarled 30 more minutes. I asked her why are you mad at me? I could've come back tomorrow, but you can't even tell me that it's going to be a while at the beginning. Totally disorganized.

I have spoken with many and they all like the company they work for and their pay rates/benefits. Happy workers = better service and company. One thing I learned was that if you have an "Executive Membership," you get 2% back from your expenditures that have accrued over the year of membership. The Costco credit card has more benefits that result in more earnings towards credits that can be used for renewal or shopping. Costco will pay the difference in cost from the "Gold Star" to be an "Executive" member if you don't earn enough money back from the 2% benefit over the cost of the difference. You can keep the 2% back, and you get that amount to spend how you want. If you choose to use the credit towards your yearly renewal, Costco will pay the difference it costs to have an Executive membership. A member that buys a lot from Costco will benefit the most from an Executive membership. I received a nice check last year, which got my entire yearly membership paid for, plus extra money to spend! It's a win-win deal. Compared to other discount clubs, Costco is the best, in my opinion. My opinion is based on the the customer service, quality of products, and value. The quality of Costco's brand (Kirkland) is just as good, if not better in regards to their products. They have a satisfaction guarantee on Kirkland products to give their customers a chance to try them without risk/loss. Returns are very easy and efficient. For example, I returned a broken printer after I had it for 2 years. Costco gave me a full refund (in store credit) that I used to purchase a new one. Overall, I am satisfied with the goods and services offered at Costco.

I waited almost 30 minutes (after they said it would be a 15 minute wait) just for them to tell me they don't have it and I'd have to drive to a different Walgreens in east peoria to get it refilled. I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. They are understaffed and probably under paid. Called a different pharmacy because I want to transfer over all my prescriptions and the pharmacist there said even they have a hard time getting this Walgreens to answer the phone. NOT worth the hassle.

In fact, I first went to the Walmart Super Center on Allen Road, but their Auto Center never seems to have anything less than a 10 hour wait. So, off to the Walmart on University, I went. This review is more for the Tire and Auto Center than the actual store. My experience was great. They saw me immediately, had my tire in stock and in about 30 minutes were done with the whole job. Courteous customer service and friendly repairman who explained my options. Granted, the Auto Center might have been nearly empty since everyone now shops at the one on Allen Road :) but I was very happy with the service. For those who haven't been to this Walmart in a while, they have repaved the lot (no more car size pot holes!), and updated the store inside. It's still a little ghetto, but much improved. Also, if anyone out there needs a tire repaired at the Walmart Super Center on Allen Road, the repairman informed me that he "use to work at that store," and the best day to go is Tuesday.

Now with the bridge being closed for the summer I am changing pharmacies and therefore changing Walgreens. The company is northern Illinois based And makes one stop shopping easy and convenient. The balance rewards program is more than fair.
