When we started using the Urbandale MediCap Pharmacy. Immediately we noticed a huge difference in the more personalized service from the staff at MediCap. They have all of the same medications, personal healthcare items, and immunizations that one would find elsewhere. Pricing is similar too and they accept all the same insurance payments. But what they have that others places don't have is great, friendly, and personal experience/service. That's why we will continue to be loyal MediCap customers. The shelves are typically bare or completely destroyed. They wait times in the pharmacy and front counter are super long. I come in to get my prescription and i walk to the back towards the pharmacy and the doors are down and the lights are off. I go to check the sign and it states that for some reason only today due to staff shortage that they will only be open from 1-6. You call walgreens they state theyre open regular hours. You check online regular hours. Not only due are they only open 6 hours but theyre going to still have their "lunch" at 130. So your going to open/at work for 30 minutes and then close then just close the doors again. They have signage up front that is hardly viewable to customers almost like its hidden. The only reason i even come here is for my prescriptions but if another pharmacy opened up id gladly take my business over there. No good things to say about this locations. It would be fine if this was the only problem thats occurred here but it hasnt. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere i would recommend it.

I usually hit HyVee first after checking their sale fliers online. I don't do a lot of my shopping here because their prices are higher than Walmart, but they do have great sales on produce and meat very often. So that's what I get there. I like that their parking lot is easy to get in and out of without a hassle. The store is also the perfect size for me. It's not too big and not too small. Their meat counter is great. I'm a regular there so I tend to see the same familiar faces every week. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I really love the fuel saver/rewards card. I usually save $2-$3 on laundry detergent from the digital coupons each month because I'm a member. They also have other great deals for members including saving on gas. I just feel very at home here. When I go to other HyVee stores it just doesn't feel the same. I hope I never move too far because I love this store.

Never received any text advising they were reopened but I went there straight from work today and they CLOSED AT 6PM! Tried calling another Walgreens to see if they could fill it and no luck there. I advised that I was leaving at 4:30 AM tomorrow on a trip and was told I could call my Dr's office and have them call the prescription into their location. It is 6:15 at night, the Dr's office closed at 4!!! Horrible customer service and I refuse to deal with this crap any longer. Been a loyal customer for 30+ years but no more. I am moving every single prescription I have out of their reach so hopefully I won't ever have to deal with them again!

She is very professional and knows the store inside and out. If I cannot find something she'll be happy to help and takes me to the product that I need. The only down side of the place is they just changed store hours so they're not open 24 hours anymore. So if I need to go out to get medicine in the middle of the night so my daughter will feel better, I have to go somewhere else. All in all Walgreens on east Euclid is a great choice to pick up what you need. I recommend it!

I ordered professional grade CBD oil through Sue. Additionally, they have an infrared sauna and ionic foot detox available for use for $1/ minute.
