Staff pick up phone, hang up the call and or keep you waiting. I completely understand that days are busy. But there has to be a better solution. Also, staff are not friendly! Walgreens, please support your staff in stressful times. And staff find a better way with coping throughout the day. Customers should not experience poor service.
