I recently switched from Kohll's Pharmacy after receiving CPAP supplies through them for just over…read morea year. Beginning in June 2025, after completing an online refill request, I was notified that an updated prescription was required to continue billing for supplies. Despite multiple follow-ups, the process never moved forward. I received repeated text reminders (June 25, July 22, August 27, and November 6) stating I was due for supplies, along with several phone calls on my end (July 15, August 19, November 18, and December 8). I also had e-mail communication with staff (J.R.G) during this time. Each interaction indicated that someone was following up, but the issue remained unresolved. Unfortunately, by the time my insurance reset for the new year and my deductible restarted, I still had not received supplies, which led me to seek a new provider. Sharing this in case others are experiencing something similar, and to help bring visibility to what may be a larger process gap.

This place compounds my wife's prescription. They are professional-and courteous. They explain…read moredetails very patiently. Most enjoyable as a medical experience. The location can be tricky to find, as one has to go into the Hy-Vee parking lot and head south to find the entrance, if coming from the freeway. Otherwise there is a driveway next to its building, and one can follow it up and turn into the lot before passing on into Hy-Vee's. Still, since they compound custom medication so well, I feel this is a one-time issue and should not daunt the potential customer. Seriously, seek them out for prescription compounding. So worth it! We return regularly.

Great service from the doctor and staff. Just felt that their delivery time on lens and contacts…read moretakes way too long. With another provider the most I wait for my contacts is a week and here it's been 3 weeks. Plus, they did not have my prescription of contacts available for my trial. So I would love if they had more selection for patients that have a lower prescription.

My family and I established care with Dr. Gerdes when SHOPKO was still open over a decade ago. His…read morestaff was very knowledgeable, well trained, and courteous. I have seen many optometrists and ophthalmologists in the 10 years since moving from Omaha, yet none have been able to match the quality and precision of him and his staff. Staff measure ones face and mark the center of the eye to ensure that the lenses are made correctly and the fit is good. No other place I have visited has done this though it is the standard I expect since not doing so has led to dissatisfaction with the corrective lenses and the need to return them to be remade. Staff also give feedback and help assist with finding the right pair of glasses making the process easy and efficient. I have decided to drive 6.5 hrs for my eye exams and glasses again after being disappointed by other places.

I started here as a patient not long ago for weight loss using Lipo Light. I did research prior to starting here and I was very impressed with Dr Triba's reputation and wide range of options for holistic health and non invasive treatments. There are allergy treatments, weight loss programs and treatments, neuropathy treatments, and of course chiropractic care and probably many more that I am not aware of yet. I am so grateful to have found this place and Dr Triba. This is the kindest and most down to earth doctor I have ever met. He is very warm and informative while providing excellent holistic and chiropractic care. I definitely urge you to check out how many ways you can be a better version of yourself that you never thought possible. I really like the specials Preventative Medical Clinic runs for Botox one-two times per month. I…read morehave used both this location as well as Millard. Their prices per unit (you can either buy 20 or 40 and get 5 free) end up being a great deal. The only downside is you have to use the units on the day they advertise, so the options of only 1-2 days a month won't always work. I have always found the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful! Its wonderful that their staff are all nurses, PAs and/or practitioners.
