And no footwork getting your transfers from other pharmacy just have to give permission to do so they take care of the rest.

Less wait times at the drive thru! We have been here so many times before and they always take too…read morelong to process someone's order. If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! So it begs the question: WTF is taking so long to get your prescription! My wife and I are over this and are thinking we wouldn't mind paying a little more for prescriptions if they take this long. The wait times inside the store are even more atrocious!

Shabnam rang up a prescription after we discussed changing it for the childrens version rather than the adults (prescription for a 5 year old). She had to refund it, told me it had to go back on my card even though I paid with a debit card and it will take several days to return to my account. Then she stated they would start right away to fix it for me and it would be only a few minutes. I waited a half hour before going back up to check, only to find out they hadn't even started it nor did the other staff know what was going on with it. Fully let down by this pharmacy and i'll be switching to a different location after this experience. Do better for your patients!

I used my rewards and my extra care and paid $2! I am so happy to save when I can. I love this CVS. there is a huge selection of makeup, makeup tools, nail polish, laundry detergent, pet supplies, snacks, drinks and pantry staples. They have a lot of blushes which I love. Sometimes it's hard to find the right shade of blush but not here. I can always find the right shade. Heidi was the associate that helped me check out. she was friendly and helpful. she checked me out fast. I always mention this, time is money so I appreciate her speed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there were a couple of aisles being restocked so they were blocked. I will always go to this CVS even though there is another one close to me. First she said the transfer had not been received, when I told her I had been on the phone with the Walgreens when they faxed over the request she changed her story and said she had just received it 15-20 mins prior to me calling and that it takes 2-3 hours to process the transfer. I waited 2 hours to call them to follow up on the transfer from my initial conversation with Walgreens. I have been a longtime CVS customer and had only requested the transfer because the did not have the medication in stock however my two most recent contacts with them have made me rethink that relationship. Moving on to Walgreens.
