A web search directed me to CVS and I then proceeded to make an appointment using their on-line scheduling website which had me fill out all of my personal and insurance information (it took a bit of time; but I figured they were being cautious to cover their bases). I even got a text confirming my appointment. So far, so good. Then we drove 20 minutes to the Nampa location (closest one that the website offered). Then we waited to check in for about 15 minutes because 1 person was handling a long line picking up prescriptions and another person was on his phone. Finally someone came over to check us in for vaccines. After requesting my Medicare card AND insurance card (which I had previously entered on-line), she tells me that there is a problem with coverage. Needed pre-approval. Was not very helpful. Also said I could pay cash price if I wanted to get it now. Later said she was very busy and couldn't help us anyway. Why would the website even give me an appointment after collecting all my data and then the store didn't honor it?! If they are short-staffed, the website should be adjusted accordingly.

We've only been here a hand full of times, but we've found everything we needed and not wasted a trip. Each time we've been here, it's always quite busy. And time of day doesn't seem to change that. Staff we've encountered are always helpful when needed. They do not have any checkers here. It's all self service. It's sad to see this, but is a sad truth of the world anymore. I would hope for those requiring assistance, they would have people available to help. Not your normal full fledged grocery store, but will definitely work in a pinch.

Staff do not move through the store offering assistance and no signs or directories or maps are provided to help shoppers navigate the poorly laid out store. I prefer the smaller Walmart marketplace design and don't mind that there's not as many products to choose from. It was a simple, time effective end user experience.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve to feel respected and cared for. I also bought new wiper blades for my van and they helped me get the right size and they installed them for free. I took off one star because they said it would take 45 minutes and they would call me over the intercom when they finished. After an hour of walking around the store, I went and checked and my vehicle had been finished. I don't know how long it would've been until they called me. I used Samsung Pay on my Note 7 to check out at the tire center checkout. It was smooth and worked without a problem.

However because of proximity this WNM has become my go to for small needed items like sandwich bags or when I run out of the kids milk at bedtime...oops! I still tend to do my large grocery runs at Fred Meyer, Winco or Albertsons but yesterday I decided to give these guys a shot. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Service: Always "shiny happy people everywhere".. they've always got a smile on their face here and are eager to help. A totally different experience from the Walmart superstore across town. The store is always very clean, stocked and well organized. Products: The produce is always stocked and ample. They have a wide variety of different items that the superstore doesnt carry. For whatever reason I'm wary of purchasing my meats from any Walmart but the meat cases are always packed with good lookin meat. Pricing: It's a Walmart after all, despite its cleanliness. The prices are significantly lower than a lot of the other big name grocers. All in all: I have come to love this little store for its convenience and the service that the people here provide.
