Staff we've encountered are always helpful when needed. They do not have any checkers here. It's all self service. It's sad to see this, but is a sad truth of the world anymore. Staff do not move through the store offering assistance and no signs or directories or maps are provided to help shoppers navigate the poorly laid out store. I prefer the smaller Walmart marketplace design and don't mind that there's not as many products to choose from. It was a simple, time effective end user experience.

To make matters worse, when I asked for their business card the Pharmacist Brian gave a curt response and supporting Cathy's behavior. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve to feel respected and cared for. I took off one star because they said it would take 45 minutes and they would call me over the intercom when they finished. After an hour of walking around the store, I went and checked and my vehicle had been finished. I don't know how long it would've been until they called me.
