Six doctors and neurologists before I saw her had a litany of concerns about me and pointed out long-term issues I would suffer. Even though I saw 6 doctors already, workman's comp requested for me to see Dr. Glass. Dr. Glass attempted to mock me, asked if I had a lawyer and tried to discredit my injuries. Some issues were unbeknownst to me and diagnosed by a neurologist. I was found 100% disabled after seeing her, which was 8 years ago. If she is an upstanding/credible doctor, why was I found to be 100% disabled? All of the specialists, doctors and neurologists I have seen since Dr. Glass have the same concerns as the first 6 doctors. She is the only doctor, if that's what you can call her, out of over a dozen doctors who failed to see the medical concerns. That makes her a fraud. She behaved unprofessionally and in an unethical manner. If workman's comp requests for you to go see her, deny and request an unbiased doctor instead.

I met with Dr. Upham initially who discovered problems very quickly and immediately began addressing them. She has been very caring and concerned for my well being. It took seven weeks to go through the process of having an MRI and scheduling the surgery that needed to be conducted. Dr. Piers performed the surgery at Spectrum Ortho in Portland. I returned to Bayside for Physical Therapy a few weeks following surgery. Ashley is my PT who I see three times a week since my surgery. Ashley has had her plate full as the surgery did very little to correct the pain and discomfort. She has been nothing less than sensational, very attentive, caring and extremely observant. It's like having a sixth sense, knowing there's an issue with my posture or gate, calling attention to it and then addressing it. Due to the extent of my injuries I will likely be a work in progress for both Ashley and Dr. Upham for the foreseeable future. this time around has been much better than my previous experience with Dr.Glass a few years back who I found her to be very condescending and actually quite rude. through the years I have had three PTs. Ashley is by far the best. She is truly an asset to the team and deserves to be commended for all that she does.
