When I explained that I had moved, they said that they would get me my meds. That made me happy because with Total Care gives you a smile when you enter and you feel important not just next one in line.

LAMEST EXCUSE FOR A PHARMACY IN BEAUMONT…read more my MD called in a script yesterday that I take every day, it isn't an 'optional' refill....I need the script. The Rite-Aid pharmacy didn't have my new insurance information for this year (following is a direct quote from 'Steven' the employee answering the phone) "The script was very expensive so we chose not to fill it". WTH? when did YOU start making decisions on IF I have new insurance that will pay and IF insurance doesn't, that your customers will NOT be willing to pay? OH, it gets better. I asked how much the script was, (expecting it to be HUNDREDS of Dollars.) "It's $38 for a 30 day supply." WTH? It's a DOLLAR a DAY??? So they decided that A) i probably didn't have new insurance and B) that if i had to pay a dollar a day...I would NOT WANT a script? Now comes the lamest statement to exit an employees mouth: I asked him why someone didn't call to ASK me for my new insurance information. He said "i guess they made the decision not to call". WTH? Any wonder why Rite-Aid is in Bankruptcy????? Do yourself a huge favor... (first, live without the Thrifty Ice Cream) and go to a reputable, in business, still functioning pharmacy. Never had an issue) and that this is a new policy that went into effect two months ago requires my doctor to put more information about my migraines on the prescription label, but do you think that I got any warning, call, notification about this change in policy? no. so here I am with a migraine two days in a row because they are also out of stock of medication and the pharmacist behind the counter Said well it could be here after 4 PM but we won't know until the shipment comes and I said so I'm just supposed to just keep having a migraine and she said unfortunately yes. So please everyone do yourself a favor find a different pharmacy like Amazon pharmacy and you don't even have to leave your home to go get your medication's. Screw you walgreens and all your rude employees in the pharmacy area. I wish I could give zero stars if that was an option.

No aisle was left messy, and everything was organized and easy to find. I stopped by to pick up a few things before heading home and I swear each time I come to this Walgreens it gets better and better. It's located on Beaumont Ave, and at the corner of a neat little plaza. I found great parking and was able to stop by in a breeze. I got a good deal on Liquid Death (Sparkling Water), they had a 2 for $4 deal that I could not pass up. I highly recommend Walgreens if you're trying to quench your thirst. They usually always have a deal on soda, water, etc. Per usual, this Walgreens has a photo section, loads of wine, make-up and more. The pharmacy looked pretty good.

Instead of helping us, they were standing around chatting with each other. Mateo told us the packing tape was all the way on the back wall of the store. We walked all the way back there only to find out the packing tape was actually in the stationery department, just a few aisles from where we had originally asked. It felt like we were intentionally misdirected because he didn't want to take the time to help. That's not the level of customer service shoppers should expect. Management should address this behavior. Associates should be helping customers find products accurately instead of sending them across the store for no reason. This experience wasted our time and left a very negative impression.

I've been to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country, and while every location has its strengths and weaknesses, this Beaumont store consistently falls short. One of the biggest problems is how unfriendly it is for elderly and disabled customers. There is no seating near the front of the store for people who need to rest, and shopping can be exhausting if you have mobility issues. The store only has two electric shopping carts for such a large location. The excuse that homeless people keep stealing them isn't acceptable. If that's truly the problem, Walmart should invest in a system that prevents the carts from leaving the property instead of leaving customers without the equipment they need. The store also seems to carry a more limited selection of products than many other Walmart locations. On top of that, the aisles are often messy and disorganized, making it harder to find what you're looking for. When you do need help, it's often difficult to find an employee, and the staff that are available rarely seem interested in assisting customers. Checking out is another frustrating experience. The lines are frequently long, and the self-checkout system often has trouble reading my debit card, turning what should be a quick trip into an unnecessarily frustrating one. It's disappointing to see how far this store has declined over the years. I remember when it was a place the community was proud of. I hope management starts paying attention to accessibility, customer service, organization, and the overall shopping experience because this location has the potential to be much better.

It is just the right size and can go in every room in my mobile home. I also bought a Golden Cloud recliner. It is wonderful. So comfortable and it has a rise lift if I want to use it if my muscles are extra tired..... it can help me to get up easily. It also has a control that will lift my legs higher than my heart in case I have too much water retention. It is wonderful. This beautiful chair has everything... heat, massage, rise lift, lumbar support, neck support.... So easy to use... very user friendly. The young men at Sun Medical in Beaumont, Jacob and Christopher not only deliver and set up everything.... they have so much knowledge about the chair that they can explain everything and anything about it. They both have helped me at the store when looking and checking and then on the sale. They are not pushy at all. Very friendly and truly care about people.
