Just open an account for your HOA and it is smooth sailing from there. Ours is a small order, I'm sure, compared to others, about 125 flats, but they treat us as if it were 1,000 flats. They are so helpful and respond quickly to questions and requests. I place the order over the phone in June and All Color delivers the whole order for you to the location you name, in early November. Your gardener puts them in the ground and the very healthy plants grow so quickly and bloom beautifully through the Season. (See my picture :)

$10 an adult to get in the pumpkin patch and then $$$ for tickets for activities, petting zoo, etc…read more I'd be fine with either an entrance fee or tickets for everything--but $10 + tickets for activities seemed a bit much. Surprised the parking was free. Pumping music sounded a little more like a night club. Not what we were looking for in a pumpkin patch for our almost 2 year old grandson. Disappointing.

There was only one time when there was weird hyper "music", I couldn't stay in the store that long as it was giving me a headache & making my heart race in not good ways. Eeek...but it's usually cool... Lots of cute stuff from Japan. Facial products, makeup, body & home scents, travel items, housewares, snacks, portable chargers, bags, slippers, massage tools, seasonal decorations, notebooks & washi tapes, etc... I like going in there to browse & usually buy something... My faves have been the Hot Shrimp Chips, Pocky (even though I'm now liking Pepero brand at the Kpop store better), Hi Chew candies, Portable Chargers are so cute, Tissue Packs (I get the larger soft packs for home/auto), holiday decorations, travel slippers, packing cubes, makeup brushes, facial/back/neck massagers, etc... There are 2 sides of this review. The first is the good experience. We are rehabbing a house. We go…read morein to this store on our contractor's direction to pick paint colors. While looking at colors a clerk comes over to us and lets us know they do this promo where you can get 3 little tester cans of paint in any of their colors and 3 brushes for like $20. So we did this. Clerk was great and helpful. So when it came time to do other rooms we went back. We go in and there's a clerk behind the desk. He doesn't say hello or anything. Eh, fine. No biggie. So we do our thing and pick our three shades to sample. We go to the desk to tell the clerk we want the sample deal and you'd have thought we were asking him for plasma. He tells us the colors we picked won't work for the sample pack. When I asked why he didn't answer but proceeded to type things into his computer. He then rings up the order - again never answering my question as why the colors we picked wouldn't and goes into the paint mixing room. Comes back 10 minutes later with our samples. I asked about the brushes and again a reaction of complete annoyance. He hands them to us and walks away into the back. No thanks. No nothing. We went back a third time on a Sunday. When we walked in and saw him we turned around and walked out and went to Sherman Williams. It's a paint store, I get that. You don't have to be overly attentive. It's not a high end botque. But at least be nice. If you dislike what you do that darn much perhaps do something else. I worked retail for decades and it's not always a picnic. But at least try to be nice.

We went to the Coachella location to shop for trees and found 3 that fit our need perfectly. The gentleman who drove us around the lot to find our trees was a walking encyclopedia of plant knowledge and steered us away from some trees based on conclusions he drew from the conversation - and they were spot on. The experience after the sale was clear with information coming to us about what to expect, when, and who would be responsible. I saved the best for last - the crew who came to plant our trees were fantastic! Gonzalo and his crew of two worked quickly, took action to correct a misplaced tree, and tidied up after themselves when they were done. The trees look great and we're thrilled with them and Moon Valley!

This store has a fantastic employee named Xavier (Xay). He is friendly and obviously hard working. The only issue I see at this store is that it is lacking pricing on the shelves. Impossible to figure out how much things cost because of the lack of pricing. Thanks Xay for all your help today getting us 8 gallons of paint for our "little" project!

My experience with the Sherwin-Williams in Palm Desert was frustrating enough that I feel compelled…read moreto share it. I called ahead to place a paint order and let them know I'd be driving down from Palm Springs -- a 30-minute trip each way -- to pick it up later that day. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the paint base in stock and that someone was supposed to have called me before I made the drive. No one did. Over an hour of my day, wasted. They offered to have the paint delivered to the Cathedral City store, which I appreciated, and said it would take about a week. About a week to two weeks later, I called Cathedral City -- they had no record of my order and were frankly unhelpful about it. I then called Palm Desert, and sure enough, the paint had been delivered there the whole time. Once again, no one had called me. I asked again to have the paint transferred to Cathedral City to avoid yet another long drive. The person I spoke with was unhelpful and kept explaining that he only works a few times a month (or year) and would had to bother his manager on their day off. That's not my problem as a customer. At every step of this process, the ball was dropped -- no follow-through, no communication, no ownership of the mistakes. I'd strongly recommend using a different location if you have one available to you.
