I have bought many many plants each year at this business. I bought 11 Ixora Coccinea Maufi Orange 5 gallon plants this year. Today I bought in the lastest one that I bought that was dead and they flatly refused to give me a replacement plant. These last plants were bought in November. This woman refused to look at any of my 3 receipts. The lady at the desk was rude and refused to give me a replacement plant or any credit. The 30 years employee who always helps me stood there and was speechless and shook his ahead. With this lack of complete customer service I will never shop ever again at Vintage Landscaping. The lady did not care and I cannot recommend to anyone to buy anything at this business. I hope the owner(s) of this business reads this review so they will know what what 1 employee can do to ruin their reputation.

Well, after the first night under 32 degrees, the photo speaks for itself. When I contacted the owners of Vintage, I only got excuses, and no help what so ever. If you are just an individual, be careful, as I know Vintage Nursery is a big Nursery in the Desert, and has many big clients. If I would have been a big client, I don't think they would have been blown me off like a strong Santa Ana Wind.

Privately owned and what appears to still have a home property onsite, Moorten Botanical features over 3,000 species of cacti. Another unique component is the rare Cactarium which is a greenhouse featuring cactus and succulents. Admission is $7 cash or card and there is always staff available to greet guests. A paper map is provided post payment to help navigate the grounds. I recommend sunscreen as a majority of the viewing takes place outside and the sun tends to beat down. Onsite there are a variety of large tortoises in specialty spots enjoying their environment. At the end of the garden, there is a nursery where plants can be purchased along with gardening trinkets. For the value, this is one to not miss! I've been coming here for years since I was a little girl and I enjoy the fact that Moorten sticks to their roots and have kept the layout the same allowing me to feel nostalgia each time I visit. Thank you!!!
