Good luck trying to actually talk to someone on the phone. Nobody picks up at customer service. Ever

This Homegoods is definitely cleaner and more organized than most TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Homegoods…read morestores in the area, even at the end of the day the items are fairly organized on shelves and not thrown about like you see in most places. They have a large food section, seasonal displays, bathroom and bedroom necessities and a large picture frame area too. Unfortunately, oftentimes I'll be interested in a bowl or plate and they are all chipped. For example, yesterday I found a really nice looking pottery bowl, the first one I picked up was chipped and there were 8 others on the shelf so I knew I'd be in luck, however every single one of the 8 bowls also had a chip or scratch. You just have to be careful what you end up buying and make sure you look at it carefully before making a purchase. A lot of the furniture looks good from afar but when you get closer it has dents and bumps, etc. Their clearance section is honestly a waste of time because 99% of the items are damaged. I'd rather pay 25% more for the item and have it not be broken. One thing that seriously irks me about this place is the new bag policy. Not the actual fact that you have to pay for a bag but the fact that they no longer have paper for you to wrap your delicate items! What the heck. Came in yesterday with my own bags and bought bowls and plates but they had nothing to wrap my things with to make sure they didn't scratch and break while they were in my car. That is annoying. Nothing worse than getting home and finding out the new bowls you just bought are damaged.

I like this Homegoods. They have a good selection and the store is kept neat and organized.read more

Super helpful staff. Even on a busy Saturday, Amy, Matt, Hector & Brian went out of their way to…read morehelp me find the Jumbo Capybara stuffie. Doing the math to see if they had at least 1 in assortment of 16 in store. They located the palette (top most shelf of course) & brought the forklift to bring it down. They to were excited to see if it was actually in the box. I hunted this item for a week & no other Costco was willing to do what this location did. (Even on a super slow weekday evenings) You can tell they genuinely wanted to find it and make someone's day. It's a bit of a longer ride to this location for us, but it will now be our favorite Costco to always shop at. Thank you for making my day!!! Norbert (the capybara) says thank you too.

I have been a member of Costco since 2004…read more The membership is worth it because of the tasty food samples, reasonably-priced brand name drugs (example: GLP1 weight loss drugs for $25/mo), and the use of advanced technology. Their rotisserie chicken is so good! It is a bargain at $4.99. The crisp and well-seasoned skin and moist meat reminds me of Thanksgiving, so I usually enjoy it with a glass of red wine or Coke. I stopped going to CVS and Walgreens over a decade ago so I could use Costco Pharmacy. Their prescription drugs are relatively cheaper because they accept Manufacturer coupons for Tier 3 and Tier 4 (brand name) drugs, and Costco membership is not required. When I was on Ozempic, I paid only $25 out of pocket for a one month supply. Costco's technology skills are up there with the best. Today when I was standing on a long line at the self check out aisle, an employee scanned my digital Costco membership card with his portable scanner and then scanned all the items in my cart. When I finally got to the register and scanned my membership card, my grocery bill automatically appeared. How convenient! There are so many other things that Costco has to offer! I could go on and on and on...
