I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would do. When they started working on my car they noticed some other things that needed replaced. Paige called me immediately and already had a quote ready. I will put a list of everything I did below. I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is and how fair they are. They are good honest people who treat you with respect and don't try to take you for everything you have. Honestly when I was there they made me feel like family, what other shop is like that around here??? Progressive Insurance outsources their roadside service and the service is horrible. We called Goodyear in Joplin to see if they had 4 tires to replace the dangerous Westlake tires that exploded and if they knew any roadside/tow service that could help us. RD at Goodyear was a saint! He had the tires we needed and personally drove 40 miles to the camper, removed all 4 tires, drove back to Joplin to mount the new tires and 40 miles back to the camper to put the new tires on our camper. Best service anyone could ask for - there aren't many good customer oriented service people as good as RD! Thank you so much for your caring and compassionate service.

I feel like you can't really trust a lot of car shops now a days, but we trust Barney's! The service was so fast and reliable. I had gotten told at a Dobbs in a bigger city that I needed to replace my shocks and struts and it would cost me about $1000. I took it to Barney's and they ran a bunch of tests and within an hour they told me there's nothing wrong with and I don't need them fixed for a while. They get us in every time without fail. The staff is kind and trust worthy and keep it real with you about your car and their opinions. I really appreciate the honesty!

Credits not perfect, who's is these days, but Jim and the crew at Fletcher Ford treated us with respect and dignity. Jim first showed us a base model Escape, nice car just, not quite the car we had in mind, looking for a few more features. It was what was available to us with our buget, we were willing to accept that. Jim took it upon himself to speak with his finance manager and get us just the car we wanted with better features and financing than we ever expected! Ended up with an Escape SE. Love our new car!! I can say this has got to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Can't give them 5 stars just yet, have to wait and see how the service department works, that's usually where the ball get dropped, I'll update when I have to take it for my first oil change. As for the sales team, well all I can say THANKS GUYS FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! !!! 4-2017 update.... I said I needed to wait for see how service was... Well still cant give it 5 stars. Service is not the worst I've ever had, but typical for dealer service departments. Seems the wait is longer than should be for oil change. They also seem to lose appointments, oh they are always willing to "fit me in" that's great since I made an appointment two weeks ago. I was hoping that by waiting longer to update my review that it would get better, good news is... it hasn't gotten worse, not better either though. So if your looking to buy Fletcher is the place.
