When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. They close at 5:00 today, so I was the last customer. When it was time, they guided me in and proceeded to do a light safety check and then the oil change. They didn't attempt to upsell anything and finished quickly. At every point I asked questions and Corey responded with the answers. I opted for the full synthetic oil change and they provided me with a discount coupon via text. Overall, I felt the value was good and they will get my business again.
