To verify, we went directly to O'Reilly ourselves and confirmed the real price was significantly cheaper than what this shop charged. That alone is unacceptable. When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful, ask for receipts, and verify prices before agreeing to any work.

Three days later, Wednesday I get a text they have an update for my service estimate. I have contacted them all day, 24hrs later still don't have a call back. Don't trust their texting system. They just dont want to have to talk customers. If you use their services, its your fault if you get screwed too. Do not use them if you have expectations for good service.

No plastic was put over the drivers seat and they always did that before. Employees working the counter were extremely nice, so I definitely have no complaint about them. Pads weren't put on the car like normal. Apparently they were rushed and didn't do anything like they have. I've used them for years and this was the first time I ever complained.
