I also found out something I did know already that I needed tires. They worked with me on finding the right tires for my RAV4 but then encouraged me to go shopping, if I wanted, to look at other shops. I found that they were very competitive, so I went back the next week for tires. NORTHSIDE is very professional and courteous. I felt as someone who is not a car expert, that they wanted me to be happy and that they wanted my long term business.

He gave me no time frame as to when it would be done. Tried to call Friday, only to find their closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Stopped in early Monday morning, he gave me some lame excuse, and said tomorrow. Long story short, when I went to pick it up, he wasn't man enough to talk to me, and it was more than his worst case scenario. $705. I'm 64 and not my first rodeo, but this place is the worst! We needed an oil change today for a trip out of town. The place that services normally was booked until Monday. I had her go to Pennzoil oil Change on Main Street in Watertown Wisconsin. I had called ahead. They were supposed to do a full service oil change, change filters, and topped off all the fluid levels. They charged for it. She cane home and parked the van. A while later she left. I went outside and saw oil all over where she was parked. It's a two year old house. Never a drip from her van. I called them the said she needed to come back. (Tom I think). She did so immediately. She was there five minutes, they looked under it and told her it was either transmission fluid, power steering fluid, an engine seal etc.. Basically tough crud to us. Like I said it never ever leaked, dripped, etc. They told her it's been doing it a while. Never a drop ever anywhere until they touched it. Not a coincidence!!

This is especially important for those folks who decide to stray away from the top dogs (Toyota, Honda, BMW, etc. car repair shops). I've been to other places where businesses make you feel ashamed to ask questions when it's them you are paying. I definitely would not say the same about this place, I felt like my questions were valued. If there was one thing I would suggest, perhaps giving some love to the inside waiting/front desk room. I think it could use a good cleaning to ensure customers are comfortable where they sit. Other than that, this place is great and I would come back for any further car repairs.
