I attempted to take my car in there in the hopes I could leave it there and they could take a look at it within the next couple of days. I went in to the shop and told the mechanic my issue. I was met with a blank awkward stare. Eventually I broke the awkward silence with a, " So can you guys help me out?" To which the mechanic shortly responded by telling me they are busy. I told them I understand and I will come back some other time. To which he responded by just awkwardly staring at me again. It was the strangest customer service experience of my life.
