I had my Lincoln in for a routine oil change, and afterward, I noticed a small leak. I called and spoke with Guy (who also scheduled my appointment), and he told me to come in first thing in the morning so they could check it out. I did, and they went absolutely above and beyond. I was amazed! I also went ahead and scheduled my 100k-mile service. During the inspection, they noticed an issue with my antifreeze hose and were able to replace it. Not only did they handle everything quickly and professionally, but they even drove my car back to my house so I didn't have to find a ride or use their courtesy shuttle. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional--no mansplaining, no pushy upsells--just honest service I can trust. I'm so impressed with their customer care and communication.
