After my hike at Lagoon valley park, I called this America's tire location to see if I can do a walk in for a tire rotation. It was a long shot, but since it was a Wednesday around 2 pm, I was hoping it would work in my favor (spoiler: it did). I forgot the name of the person who answered the phone when I called, but he was really nice and helpful. He told me they can do a walk in since they are not busy, so I was there about 20 minutes after the call. When I checked in, I was greeted quickly and was quoted a wait time of about 1 hour 30 min. I was fine with this knowing I did not have an appointment. The person who helped me in person was also really nice. I'm sorry I forgot everyone's names. But all the workers I saw were nice and provided great service to customers who were there and those who walked in. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my tire rotation, which was a lot quicker than quoted. In total, I think I was here for about 30-40 minutes only. Great quick service, considering my past with other America's tires back in Sacramento. read more

We needed tires for our Hyundai Tucson, and my hubby wanted to get all four replaced within a week. So I was on it! I have used AT before, and have never been disappointed with the price $, or service. I ordered the tires online and scheduled the service the same week. There were no issues, the service was completed in an hour, and my car drives beautifully! We will be back! read more

I'm really disappointed how they went for A+ service to below an F. What happened Americas Tire VV? Tristen came for the rescue, he noticed there has been an issue with me tire order and decided to take charge of things as a manager he was professional he handled the situation with integrity and leadership. He's the reason I'll continue to going to AT VV after 11 years read more

Bought a set of $1,100 tires at Americas tire GREAT TIRES. However, i Got a screw in my tire on work site, so I used an emergency plug kit to be able to drive my car to americas tire to have them put a proper patch on. America's tire told me the tire is now void because I had an emergency repair done myself instead of spend $300 to tow the car in and now I must buy a set of all 4 tires because I have a 4wd car to have all matching tire tread depth. Instead I went to a local mom and pop shop and they gave me a proper patch for $15, been fine for 10,000+ miles. I have been an Americas tire customer for 20 years but I will not be going back to americas tire for my next set of tires ufortunately. If I have a need for a patch or any concern or repair of my tire I'm just going to feel Americas tire will try to reject me and upsell me a set of new tires when I just need a repair. I understand there is liabilities for having a patch done somewhere else but let's have some common sense. read more

Came in for rotation and balance at 830am on a rainy weekday. Lots of people already in the lobby. They promised a 1 hour turnaround time. Service was top notch and promise was kept. We went to nearby Noah's bagels and by the time I finished my food, the car was ready. $60 lifetime rotation. Great value and service! I wish I had read the one star reviews before I went into America tire. I had a tire a simple repair since I had picked up a screw. I went there to ask them to repair the tire and they said it may not be possible if it shredded inside and I said OK. An hour later they come back give me a song and dance and say we can't repair the tire. I was surprised because in the Napa store in the past I had no trouble having them repair a tire. So I said I'd like to see the inside of the tire to see if it really was shredded. So they bring me the tire it's not shredded at all had some smooth spots on the inside rim? I pointed at it and the guy told me I cannot repair that at that point I needed to get out of there I needed the donut off my car and so I did buy a new tire but I regret it because it was totally unnecessary. The only reason I bought the tire Was because I had been there for so long and I had to be at work soon. Rip off if You are a female do not go here! They gaslight and they rip you off. Go to Les swab or anyone else is my recommendation. **as a quick follow up to this she sent me a link that doesn't work that really shows their concern doesn't it? Shady. read more

Good customer service seems to be lacking nowadays, but not here!Today's shout out goes to Trevor, who met me before I even got out of my truck, diagnosed, and took my truck in within minutes. I had to get ONE tire sensor replaced. But after I got into my car,it said that a completely DIFFERENT censor needs to be replaced now. I told them RIGHT after I got in and one of the sales associate gave me the "we only cover OUR product. When one sensor goes bad,the others go bad eventually..."....but the other sensor just SOMEhow went bad AFTER they "serviced" my vehicle?...I'm SURE they tampered and reset my other sensor,JUST so I can fork cash for a SECOND replacement....and it only got worse when he said"if you wanna get another sensor,it's about 4-5 cars AHEAD of you...".are you f'n kidding me!?you tampered with my other sensor and want me to wait ANOTHER hour for it to be replaced!?F**k no! Skip me ahead of the line since you messed with my vehicle!their customer service is sh*tty! read more

I didn't have an appointment. I was greeted right away. The staff was very polite. Waited for them to get started on the car tires about 45 minutes but then they were really quick with putting the new tires on. When my neighborhood was hit by a loser with a pocket knife a few years ago, 3 of my vehicles needed new tires. A bunch of us all went to America's Tire and they had us all in our vehicles with new tires that day! They understood how stressful the situation was and treated us all with kindness. They even gave us a deal on the tires! Over the years I've been able to pull up for quick tire repairs at no charge, NO CHARGE WHAT?! This week I was losing air in one of my tires a found a nail in the side wall. Knowing this wouldn't be a quick repair, I made an appointment for replacement. Checked in, they looked over the issue and told me they have the newer version of the same tire I have and I wouldn't have to worry about having an odd ball mismatched tire. I was pleasantly surprised to also hear they were going to give me a discount on the tire which was an overall savings of almost $100! I was relieved that I didn't go with the Costco quote that was hundreds of dollars more than what I spent today. Grabbed some lunch at the neighboring sushi restaurant and was back in my car in less than an hour! I am beyond grateful for the fast, efficient, friendly service I've received here and will be a loyal customer for years to come. read more

This is the one place I get all my tires from with every car I've owned. They always have the best deals, are open late and have wind appointments. It's better to call and schedule vs doing a walk in. Recently had a nail in my tire. I called and got scheduled. My tire had to be ordered. My husband got there on the appointment date and was in and out in no time. I've also pulled up to have air in my tires checked. They guys here will check your air pressure and put air in at no cost. The service is always friendly and fast. read more

I came in for an alignment & a rotation I want to say was what I booked and when I got there David the store manager, I believe, was super helpful he was very kind he showed me that I need a new tires but he really was very gracious about it and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He was able to help me find tires in my price range and even checked my spare tire and found that it was deflated and he had them put air in it which was I felt like such a considerate act to take. I had an appointment at 10:45 and by 11:08 I was picking up my vehicle. I was recommended to go here by a mechanic in Suisun and it was definitely the right decision because I felt like the service was the best I've ever gotten at a tire place. I will for sure be coming back. read more

Had a flight tire while having my one month old son with me. I was panicking and ended up leaving my phone at Chevron where I was pumping air into the blown tire. One thing no one plans on, during a road trip, is having a tire go bad. We heard a sound, pulled off to the side of the road, and sure enough...one of our tires had gone kapoot. I searched on my phone for the closest American Tires. They were 2.5 miles away. I called and I explained our situation to Brian. They had our tires in stock, reasonably priced, and we were slowly driving to their location within minutes. Once we arrived, James took very good care of us and off our car went. From phone call to our leaving with four new tires...LESS than an hour! This during a holiday weekend too! Thank you to all of the staff at the Vacaville location for helping to get us back on the road in no time. We appreciate you! read more

My rental car had a nail in the tire with low pressure tire warning. Came here after making an appointment for 4:30 pm online. They re a really good business to deal with. I have been to 3 of their shops in Northern California and everyone of them have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service.
