I ordered two tires for my Chrysler Pacifica online in prepaid for the tires and service for installation and when you make an appointment online it says 11 to 12:00 so I got there at 11:50 and the lady who received me at September 8th had quite an attitude saying that my appointment was canceled at 11:15 and nowhere online does it say that on the app after receiving social attitude I asked for a manager she just sent someone else from the store to tell me the same thing and I showed them the app at that point they told me that I was going to be considered a walk-in and that I have to pay here at the store again and that I would be refunded the online order of course I did not do that that is absolutely ridiculous because I took advantage of an offer to sign up for W plus to get turn off installation on each tire with Hazard protection and they would not give me that at the store because they sign up already happened terrible staff and unprofessional. 2 hours for a simple oil change. Im from Texas visiting my grandmother in critical condition in the hospital. After my 2 day trip to get here obviously i need to change my oil before driving back home. Got checked in and waited an hour for my car to even be started to be worked on! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Man has this place changed over the years. Not surprised one bit with all the one star reviews. My experience was by far the worst I'd ever been through at an auto center. I arrived to get an oil change and waited in line for about an hour BEFORE I even got checked in. Some old guy named John I believe, finally checked me in. He was rude, seemed as if he didn't want to do his job, kept huffing and puffing at every question I had, and very demeaning. He had me wait a little longer then came back and told me that the oil my car required was out of stock and I needed to get out of line!! Then his solution was for me to just leave and go somewhere else...At this point I've lost all patience because I'd been waiting forever. He then proceeds to tell me to go to auto zone, buy my own oil, come back, get back in line and they'll put it in for me. AND HE TOLD ME I WOULD STILL BE PAYING THE SAME PRICE! After I buy my own oil. This guy was a complete joke! Even I knew that didn't sound correct. So, I get out of line.... I called customer service to speak to a manager about my experience and he was very apologetic and explained John's response was incorrect, they did have my oil in stock, and I could've received the service at the time I was there! I'm real mad now -__- The manager asks me to come back, and he would take care of me. This was all such an inconvenience to my day, and I will never give them my service again. I cannot tell all of you how thankful I am that you helped out my 90-year-old mother two weeks ago when the undercarriage of her car came off on her drive up from Rosarito Mexico. A very nice customer at Walmart approached her and pointed it out to her. He also mentioned there was a car place around the back of the Walmart. He suggested she take it there. All of you were super kind to her and took care of it for her by taking it off and wrapping it in plastic and putting it in her trunk. There's no way she would've made it back to Rosarito with that dangling underneath her car. Again, as her daughter, I really appreciate that you went out of your way and helped her with this, even though it was not part of your auto service offerings. read more

Its actually very simple... you have a choice of, REGULAR, GOOD. BETTER, and BEST. I know prices are subject to change but on today's visit it goes: REGULAR, $19.99 which I suspect is the regular oil on tap (brand not listed). GOOD, $29.88 which the same as above with a better and brand name oil which is Penzoil. BETTER, $35.88 high mileage oil (Penzoil) BEST, $44.88 which comes with full synthetic motor oil... yep you guessed it Penzoil. All oil includes up to five quarts of 5W-20, 5W-30, or 10W-30; chassis lube; tire pressure check; battery testing; and u surmise on the higher priced oil change comes with the complimentary top off of your windshield wiper fluids. This review is for an oil change only. Juan was the person who checked me on, he is very helpful and very friendly. I go here because the price is right but if I need other services for my car then I take somewhere else. I waited in line and all I got was rude and disrespectful looks from the mechanics. Barely said any words to me and kept rolling their eyes at me. Gave me mean dirty looks. I went for an oil change and they had me get my own oil for my minicooper and my own oil filter. It took an entire working day for them to do an oil change. Was prepared to give a 5 star rating as i like the store but the auto center was disappointing in a few ways despite good price and likely good service. Currently Walmart has "masks optional" for customers and employees which i don't agree with as the "honor" system in a country that so many believes conspiracy theories such as the presidential election was rigged and COVID is a hoax to give you some type of lethal vaccine... Well, you get my point... The same ones who are against masks are creating more super spreader waves already since July 4th, 2021. **OIL CHANGE** review follows. Now back to the auto center. There was no distancing at all with one employee who was in my face while i sat in the vehicle in line for service. i had to finally ask him to move back. We both had masks but that is no reason to be 15 inches face to face. STRIKE 1 Was advised it takes approx. 15 minutes per vehicle so would be about an hour which it was due to several ahead in line. When the guy drove my vehicle out of the shop and parked it he wasn't wearing a mask. He too was in my face face with a strong breeze behind him blowing in my face... STRIKE 2 He put the EMERGENCY BRAKE on while the vehicle was parked on level with no risk for it to roll anywhere in PARK... Didn't realize this until i had driven about a mile... Not good for the brakes and needless unless WM rules require them to always engage the emergency brake. They could at least WARN us that the BRAKE IS ON!!!.. STRIKE 3 This was the 2nd time that i've used this locations auto center but the previous time was Pre-PANDEMIC so didn't have any issues including the brake being left on that i recall. Not to say i wouldn't return as a customer but will need to remember this review and be on guard for similar actions. read more

They had a good deal on a trailer tire but sold it to me with a hole in it. I drove all the way down from Temecula because they said they had 2 trailer tires I needed. I got there and they only had one. I drove off and found a shop with another one I needed and then realized my Walmart tire had a hole in the side. The customer service was good. There were a couple of cars ahead of me and took maybe 10 minutes for someone to take down my info. According to the receipt, my info was taken at 1:25pm, the oil change didn't start until 2:48pm and the car was ready by 3:11pm. The wait was over 2 hours long. The price was fine but if you're not looking to spend over 2 hours waiting then you can probably spend 10-20$ somewhere else. read more

I've gotten my oil changed here and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. The line wasn't too bad for a Saturday and the workers were friendly. If you want a fast service definitely don't come in here. I had an appointment at 12:00 pm for tire change. Got there on time, they started signing me where to go without asking me anything. When someone finally got to me they told me to open my hood and that when I told them it was a tire change, not oil change. Told me there was a 2 hour wait for walk ins, mentioned i had an appointment and they still took 2.5 hours. This was on a Tuesday. But other than that minor inconvenience which is in no way their fault it was a good experience. The employees there were nice and extremely funny. I am giving a 2 star since the price is fair.Though I will never be bringing my car here again. I know it was probably also my fault but at every shop I believe they should do a pre existing damage report. They do not call you when your car is ready so you have to call from 3-4hrs after you drop it. I picked up my car and it had a major scratch on the rear bumper and I wouldve noticed that scratch before I left it since when we were doing the paper work by the bumper. Not only that I have a thing to look back at my car whenever i drop it off somewhere or park it. I also look for any new scratches or dents every time i wash it. I went to ask to speak to a manager and he did not even present himself he just asked what I needed. I took him to my car and mentioned the issue and he said he will call me later once he goes over the cameras. A week and a half passed by and nothing so I had to stop by and was told someone will call me since the manager was not around. I get a call the next day saying they did not damage the my vehicle and I asked to watch the cameras with the manager since he was not the one that called and was told hes was not in and was a busy guy... I have learned to ALWAYS take pictures of your car before dropping it off anywhere. read more
