Its almost like knowing you are going to be screwed, but not knowing if they'll use lube or not. That's how it typically rolls. I made a first visit to Tim's Trim to have some modifications made to the running boards of my Yukon Denali. The job seemed simple enough, but required special equipment. The folks at Tim's gave me a quote that was a couple hundred dollars less than I expected. They provided an appointment time. And upon arrival, they were ready to go. The paperwork and logistics were already taken care of. I left my vehicle with the understanding that things would be complete by noon. I received a call at 11:00 or so stating that the vehicle was ready to go. I arrived shortly after 1:00 and the vehicle looked great. After I went in to pay, the service rep told me that they had done the job quicker than expected and that I would save about $80 on the quoted labor costs. These guys actually reduced the bill. Unbelievable! A couple weeks followed and I received a nice hand written card thanking me for doing business with Tims Trim. Now this is first class and a highly recommended trim shop.

I ordered 1.) 4 cheese pizzas…read more2.) 2 brownies 3.) 3 Glaze Donuts in which they canceled on the app before we got there ,stating that it was out of stock. Once my son got there to pick it up, he saw glaze donuts sitting there waiting to be sold. I was on the phone with him and he told me. I asked how many they had, and he told me it was 3 left lololol crazy right? the exact amount I ordered and then they canceled. So, once we got our pizzas home, opened them up, all 4 pizzas were drowned in different variations of Pork. They gave us meat lovers Pizzas when we ordered cheese. My family and I do not eat pork and cannot eat pork. At that point, I tried calling to let them know so we can bring those back and get cheese like we ordered. When I called it took them forever to answer and once, they did, I could hear people in the background talking. They then pressed and held down one of the number buttons as if it was a fax machine or something. I sat there until they stopped, and mind you i could still hear people in the background talking. once they let off the button, I said hello, no one responded but i could hear background noises. and then they hung up the phone. I called again and they did the same thing. Someone called my phone right back playing on it speaking a fake foreign language that sounded like they bundled several different ethnic groups accents together saying random things and made-up words. The funny things is none of the ethnic groups that the caller was trying to imitate was working at the store when we picked up our order. After that I ended up calling the app I ordered from and letting them know. I had to send pics and everything and they refunded my money. I just thought i would share because at this point it's really no accountability. That was a waste of time, energy, and gas going to get that stuff that my family couldn't eat. Not only that I still had to come up with an alternative dinner solution. The number of games that were being played have me wondering if this was intentional and racially or religiously motivated because of the name on the account was Kareem which is a Traditional Islamic name but also A name that is commonly used by Africans and African Americans. Whatever the case may be 7 Eleven and its employees don't ever have to worry about me purchasing anything from there again. I'm done !!! I put my family's safety above everything!!!!!!! With those games I am actually sort of glad they put pork on it because I shudder to think what else they may have put on or did to the pizzas. It scares me to think that my family would have been eating only God knows what, had it been cheese like we ordered.

His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks so much for everything Jerry!
