I used to be a jet mechanic on F16's in the Air Force, soooo I'm not completely wet behind the ears when it comes to maintenance and tools. But I digress, let's get on with this review. First impressions: excellent. Dan took my numerous phone calls, was very professional, courteous, answered all my questions and accepted my drop order of rear rotors and brakes for my Lexus. Trinity Motor Sports shop: clean, comfortable, with a tv and several car magazines to keep a customer busy, and had water and coffee to boot. Service: excellent, my car was done in less than an hour, I did however drop it off right at 1000 when they opened (Saturday hours). Vehicle performance: brakes and rotors are smooth as silk now, AND I still have my locking lug key (yes, people have forgotten to give it back) cough cough "Lexus" Anywhoo, I'm usually doing my own work on my car, but this time I needed the job done while I was out of town. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

Purchased an interstate battery from this location and within the warranty period of this said battery it went bad, matter of a fact had three separate charging system checks to confirm it was indeed the battery. Obviously what happens with a dead battery, your vehicle is left at a standstill. Well this awesome "policy" says I have to leave the battery to charge for a minimum of 24 hours before they will warranty it out. This is unlike any other major auto parts store that swap them out under customer service and take care of the bad battery themselves. Well not CarQuest, they don't care one bit. Only open a few hours doesn't help. Never again will I step foot in another. Thank you for your terrible customer service. You helped zero.

Pulled in the bay at 1320 pulled out at 1345. Not quite 10 minutes but they were nice enough. I think I was in the slow line cause other cars were coming and going in the time I was there. I'll go back for another try. Basic oil change on my jeep was $112. Seems more than I pay at Davis Tire.

My son was having trouble starting his car and took it to a local auto parts store to have them pull the code to see what was up... the employee there didn't plug the reader in, but assured my son it was the starter, so my kiddo dropped $200 on the part and they told him to take it to Express to have changed. My son brought the vehicle there, and the mechanic there tested the starter told him his starter was perfectly fine, and that his issue was a little switch under his clutch. They swapped it out, and fixed the little doohickey, and saved us $200! I was over an hour away, and couldn't help my son out, so it was such a relief to know that I could send him there and he would be taken care of. The whole time he asked questions that helped him be sure the problem was only the battery and did a thorough job checking that the new battery was working as it should, measuring it at different speeds and checking other things. . I know little about cars, but I am sure I got a great deal from this top-notch mechanic. I will travel extra miles to his shop when my car has another pain or gives me one. And he was the only mobile mechanic who would come to me do not to have my car towed and rent Ubers to get me to the shop and perhaps have them keep the car so I would have to Uber back home and back to get my car. Not only did this expert mechanic do a great job but saved me money.
