The customer service at this location is subpar. They rightfully expect you to be without to…read moresatisfy a policy. Purchased an interstate battery from this location and within the warranty period of this said battery it went bad, matter of a fact had three separate charging system checks to confirm it was indeed the battery. Obviously what happens with a dead battery, your vehicle is left at a standstill. Well this awesome "policy" says I have to leave the battery to charge for a minimum of 24 hours before they will warranty it out. This is unlike any other major auto parts store that swap them out under customer service and take care of the bad battery themselves. Well not CarQuest, they don't care one bit. Only open a few hours doesn't help. Never again will I step foot in another. Thank you for your terrible customer service. You helped zero.

Tried them out for the first time today. Say in line waiting on my turn. Saw them going to other…read morecars and getting info. No biggie I guess. Well as you pull up you see 10 minute oil change. Pulled in the bay at 1320 pulled out at 1345. Not quite 10 minutes but they were nice enough. I think I was in the slow line cause other cars were coming and going in the time I was there. I'll go back for another try. Basic oil change on my jeep was $112. Seems more than I pay at Davis Tire.

My son was having trouble starting his car and took it to a local auto parts store to have them pull the code to see what was up... the employee there didn't plug the reader in, but assured my son it was the starter, so my kiddo dropped $200 on the part and they told him to take it to Express to have changed. My son brought the vehicle there, and the mechanic there tested the starter told him his starter was perfectly fine, and that his issue was a little switch under his clutch. They swapped it out, and fixed the little doohickey, and saved us $200! I was over an hour away, and couldn't help my son out, so it was such a relief to know that I could send him there and he would be taken care of. Thank you, thank you thank you! i don't know the names of the people that worked on my sons car, I just know I spoke to Elizabeth when I called. Have i said thank you enough? Y'all are wonderful.

Hi Everyone, What do…read moreyou do when the minuscule engineer in your cell phone dies? Yes, after the funeral. You go to Batteries Plus to get you a new engineer (I don't know why they call the little guy battery, although he is charged up all the time) for a very reasonable price which is lower than Apple but the again, they're geniuses. Very polite and pleasant people to deal with in our experience. About twenty-five minutes to get done. Everything worked perfectly. We're happy and so is our new little engineer. Enjoy!

He apologized for the inconvenience and the issues happening. I took my phone in 7/10/25, within an hour they called me back, everything is working normally again. Face ID is working, the camera is working, the lcd is not discolored. I greatly appreciate the care the store manager gave for correcting the issue. They changed my 1 star into a 5 star. I always read the bad the reviews. I want people to see this and go wow they really did take his bad experience and make it right. The had a 1 star and fixed the problems and provided great customer service. I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement. I had no issues with the phone other than the battery not holding a charge. I didn't notice any problems immediately when I picked it up, but on my way home I realized Face ID wasn't working. I checked the settings and saw a message that Face ID was no longer available. I tried restarting and resetting everything, but had no luck. I also noticed discoloration on the screen. When I opened the camera, everything appeared hazy and foggy. I called the store and they told me to come back in the morning. When I arrived, they said they couldn't do anything and only offered a refund. I had paid cash, but they said they could only give a cash refund for $20 or less. My repair was $86, so their solution was to mail me a check. So now I have a damaged phone and I'm waiting for a check from the store that may never show up. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I took my phone in for a slight inconvenience and left with a major problem they can't -- and won't -- fix
