On 9/29/2026, I took my truck in to get the oil changed and everything seemed to go as it should. I watched the tech Aden changed the oil and was given the bill, which I paid. However as a drove off, I looked at the bill and noticed that I was charged $10.99 for treatment additive, which I never agreed PLUS the fact that they forgot that I was watching them. No additive was added to my car. I asked for the manager, which he said his name was Luis but on my receipt it says Samuel and discussed this situation with him. He said, "we add additives to every cars that has high miles," which is totally UNTRUE. All of my cars have high miles and this never happened. After a long discussion, he refused to take that fraudulent charge off my bill. I will be contacting their cooperate office. These guys are NOT to be trusted.

Last week I blew a tire and realized afterward that I had no spare. I was convinced Discount Tire…read morehad forgotten to put it back in my trunk after the last time I was in. That meant I had to Uber myself (and my tire) to Firestone, where I got charged $350 for the "cheapest tire in my size" they had. Fast forward to today--I pulled up to Discount Tire looking like a total disheveled mess, with my car just as much of a mess as I was, and my two toddlers in the backseat. I was only planning on a quick air check. I casually mentioned what had happened, and Martin immediately jumped in to help. He brought out Chase, his senior manager, who agreed we needed to get me a proper spare right away. While looking over my car, Martin also spotted a screw in my back tire and got me into a bay on the spot. He even offered me an amazing deal to help offset the frustration I'd had with the missing spare. Here's the kicker: halfway through the process, Martin double-checked my trunk and found out that my car actually has two floorboards. My spare had been hiding under the second one the whole time! He never made me feel dumb about the mix-up, still honored the deal, and was patient even though I also lost the wheel-lock key. When Martin had to step away and Chase was tied up inside, another gentleman helped finish the process with the exact same kindness and respect. As a woman, I'm often treated like I don't know what I'm doing at car places. In this case, I really didn't know what I was doing, but these three men treated me with nothing but respect, generosity, and professionalism. If you're a single woman or mom who has to handle these things on your own--especially if you've got little ones in tow--this is the place to go. You'll get the best service and the best eye candy all in one stop. Thank you to the entire team at Discount Tire, especially Martin, Chase, and the third gentleman who helped me out. You've earned a lifelong customer!
