I just left tire kingdom and only waited an hour. Six stations here and I noticed at least 8 employees all working a very good pace. I was greeted by yet another pleasant friendly employee named Gerard who was knowledgeable and professional and all the customers seemed satisfied and content. Only 2 were ordered not 4 even though I was given a 4 tire price. What do you do? I ordered the other 2 and they were to be delivered 12/29 by 11 am and installed promptly . Got an alignment too. Promptly means by 5:30 pm. If you order tires call the store directly. I was told my order when to a call center. I said I called the north Naples store and was told it's a call center. Call the store where you want the installation directly to purchase the tires - moral of the story.
