When he picked his car up it had two deep scratches on the front quarter panel. Not like it was hit or ran into something but deep scratches that are very visible because they are white in a black car. They didn't do a tire rotation but just an alignment ?!?!? What tire place would do just an alignment without a tire rotation that was scheduled. when he went back the next day to complain they walked away FROM him without a word. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT! We like to support local businesses but when they don't do their job, scratch your car and then walk away without a word, No this shop doesn't deserve anyone business

Called Westover tire to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. They did and gave me detailed instructions on how they wanted the truck pulled in. Got there and they knocked out the tire replacement super quick. The pricing was super fair as well.

The car had been running fine, but the shop told us it needed a new alternator. Because the estimated repairs would have cost more than the car was worth, we declined the work. After my daughter picked up the car and started driving home, the shop called to say they had left a tool inside the car and had also kept her driver's license and registration. While she was driving back to retrieve them, the car completely broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed. The timing was extremely concerning, especially since the car had shown no signs of an alternator problem before it was taken to Westover Tire. When I called to discuss the situation, the manager, Jeff, was condescending and sarcastic. He asked, "If she stopped at the grocery store, would it be their fault that the car broke down?" That response showed no concern for my daughter being stranded on the highway and did nothing to address our concerns. They offered no help and said that this wasn't on them. Between the breakdown immediately after the shop handled the car, the tool left inside it, the failure to return her license and registration, and the manager's unprofessional attitude, we have serious concerns about how the vehicle and this situation were handled. The front passenger side tire is almost completely flat. Add air to it, and sprayed w/soapy water to see where the leak was coming from. It was a two small punctures in the side wall of the tire, not even 3 cmm apart in the area of the tire brand name, this was not in an area that couldn't been ran over whilst driving home. Gwynn was already closed by this point & was also not opened Sunday. Come Monday morning when he takes the tire back to have it replaced because it was clearly a defective tire, they wanted to charge him another $75 to replace this tire! Guy he dealt with could've gave not one crap in fact, after my husband tried to argue his case, this person said that "for all I know you could've pinched the tire anytime between leaving and today" Like what the literal he!!?? Who pays a total of $750 for four tires, taxes & whatever else is included just to turn around and sabotage one of said tires??? This being close to Xmas as is, we couldn't afford to just drop another $75 on a tire, so put an inside patch and came home. The point of this review is to warn anyone that if you think companies like this have any type of respect for you as a customer, think again.

I called them and I spoke with Si. He told me to bring my car over and they would fit me in. They let me wait in the waiting room with 2 smalls dogs. They had me in and out with in an hour. Si was so nice and made me feel reassured that I was safe to get back on the road. I highly recommend this place!

I made multiple calls throughout December to follow up, but each time I was given vague responses and no specific answers. In mid-December, I was told I'd receive a callback, which never happened. At the end of December, when I called again, the person on the phone couldn't provide any information and claimed the staff member responsible wasn't available. Despite my repeated efforts to get clarity, I've been met with nothing but excuses and poor communication. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable.
