Purchased a…read moresupposedly new vehicle from Gorman MacCracken in September of 2021 only to find out on September 25, 2023, when I went to renew my registration at the tax office, that my car was un-registrable in the State of Texas. Why?? Gorman McCracken was notified by Gregg County tax office in October of 2021 of multiple errors on the title. Did they work to solve the issue? No. Did they notify me of the problem? No. I learned on September 25, 2023, that my car was titled in Louisiana. It had been titled twice before I bought the car and once after I purchased the car, all in Louisiana. General Manager is of NO help! Seems his excuse is multiple clerical errors that can't seem to be corrected in TWO YEARS is the issue. PURE NEGLECT on Gorman McCracken is the issue! I have a car that I cannot sell, trade-in or even register! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!
