I got my oil changed at a different mechanic than usual and then did a round trip to Raleigh…read more(350+miles). When I got home I noticed a burn smell. After popping my hood I learned the mechanic never put the oil cap back on and I drove the whole time with hot oil splattering all over my engine which depleted all of the oil they just filled into my car. So I towed it to our local mechanic at Meineke to figure out the damages and fix this issue. My engine could have caught fire but God's mercy protected me. Praise the LORD! The mechanics at Meineke assessed the engine, filled my oils back up and then cleaned the oil from my engine and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME! Thank you Meineke for taking care of your customers and making things right even when the responsibility was not yours! And thank you God for moving the hearts of the owner to take such care of me!

They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. When someone tells me that to me that means after ALL charges that's the total, but when they told me the total it was 905. When i told them the quote over the phone they said that didn't include mounting balancing and tax. I have had a a lot of tires put in before and all other dealers tell you the installed price. So why would a company try to scam an extra 50 bucks from you just to get a bad review? While I was there they tried to convince an old lady that she needed a brake line fluid flus. Who the hell has ever even heard of that. Then the guy who is putting on my tires just leaves the shop right in the middle of the job on his little e bike and leaves me waiting there while he is off doing who knows what. WTF who does that?
