When I went out to my truck I seen they didn't break a screw but busted the centers on the front. According to JAMIE , that was the only way to get the centers off. They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. Not only did they bust the centers, Jamie cussed me and my wife, fu@k this and fu@k that he kept saying. As we was leaving he hollered have a MERRY FU@KING CHRISTMAS. WOW! This is the way Sigs does business. Tells customers to fu@k this and that. I paid $54? .00 for two tires and this is what I get. Never again will I return here for tires. I have bought tires from them for years only to be treated this badly. Who cusses their customers this way? Not only cussing but tearing up my stuff. I hope everyone reads this and sees it's not the place to go for tires. As far as I am concerned they should be shut down completely. No one should do business with them.

I wanted to go to Firestone because I knew they would be open on Sunday so I called AAA and had my car towed to this location. When I arrived the man at the counter was super nice, he had my car assessed right away, and informed me they would have my car ready that same day. Absolutely amazing! I was only planning to be in Hickory overnight so I opted to leave my car overnight for pickup Sunday morning. They called me Saturday evening to let me know all was good and my car was ready. I picked my car up Sunday morning and there was a different guy at the counter. He was super nice and even showed me the bent pulley that caused my serpentine belt to remove itself. Nobody wants their car to break down, but thanks to this Firestone it was actually a great experience. I highly recommend this shop!

I wouldn't recommend this place for women by themselves because they will scam you if you don't have your spouse with you. I only came there to get my tires changed and they was trying to get me to pay additional 80 some dollars for a sensor that I may or may not need . The manager I guess who is managing the place decided to be a complete jerk said that " ignorance is a bliss " like he didn't like that my husband was refusing to have extra money being charged. So, my husband was telling him that he didn't have to make such rude comments and the store manager said " I don't want to entertain you" like was he going to cuss my husband out or something? Like basically my husband as the say so of what goes on my van because he basically pays for everything that goes on the van. This place needs to do better at management or lose customers because I will never come back after today.
