I was already headed to Asheville so I googled nearby Honda dealerships and was able to book a service appt with Morganton Honda online. I was happy to see them ready to take my car in for service at the appt time - no wait. They quickly evaluated my unit and found the problem; unfortunately, they didn't have the part in stock. Mark was able to source an aftermarket piece nearby, had it delivered and installed 2hrs prior to his estimated job time. They provided me with a great loaner so I was able to make the most of my trip - got a hike in and grabbed some food nearby! They texted me when the car was ready so I got the text on a trail. This was one of the most transparent, seemless experiences I've had - now I can continue on with my road trip in the summer heat!

If you like having a car sold out from underneath you this is the place to go. I have been working…read morewith a local salesman there for over a week waiting for a certain vehicle to come back from whatever repair work they were doing. The vehicle showed up the salesman called me we spoke and I told him that I was interested in purchasing it tomorrow and please send me some photos of the vehicle so I could see it. I received the phone call the next morning that apparently another sales person at this dealership didn't follow proper dealership procedures, and did a side deal on this vehicle and sold it out from underneath me. I was told that the manager could do nothing about it so I asked a question what is the point of him in the first place? The salesman was nice, but everybody else after that was completely untrustworthy and that's why people don't like car salesman It's too bad zero stars are not an option

He was friendly and very helpful working within our budget to find the right car. There were no high-pressure tactics nor any hidden fees. The price we negotiated was the price that we paid. A couple of weeks later, when my son was involved in an accident, Barry was able to locate a donor car and fix the damage quickly for 1/3 of the price a body shop would have charged. I would highly recommend Barry and Headstrong Motor Sports to anyone looking for a used car.

They seem to be very professional, courteous and informative when it comes to the basic service I went there for. I'd gone there during the winter to get Nitro in my tires, while I was also planning on getting my usual 3,000-mile oil change. It was the good folks at Grease Monkey who explained that these days, and with the 2003 car I have, oil doesn't really need to be changed more often than 5,000 miles -- I'm old school, and have always used 3,000 as the rule. Point being, they didn't have to tell me what they did -- it showed that they were more interested in good service, over agreeing to a premature oil/filter change, and making money when it wasn't necessary. I passed on the option for synthetics and combos thereof, and went for the basic 30-weight oil. Folks were very friendly like I'd mentioned. Since I don't work, I went and drove by there when it looked as though they weren't taking care of many customers, so I don't think I was there longer than 25 minutes, and got everything done. There were no high pressure sales for unnecessary things either, which I appreciate. I'll be using them from here on out, or will change this review if they're not as good as what I've seen so far.
