I had a great experience with the technicians at the center. I prepaid, so all they had to do was get my tires installed, pick up my keys and walked out the door. It was quick and efficient. I was in and out in an hour, only because they had to locate my tires, which were in a different area (whoever pulled them the day before, placed them up front instead of where they actually do the replacement). I had to take a brief work call, after I was done, they came over and said I was all done, checked out and went about my way. Several technicians checked on me to be sure I was being helped and check out was simple. "Oh you pre-paid, here's your keys, have a great day". It was even better watching one of the technicians be patient with an elderly woman ahead of me who was counting her change for her purchase (I've learned not to interrupt and ask if I can pay on their behalf, I got chewed out a couple of times and some elderly view it as an insult because they have the money to "pay their own way"!). So he gently waited while she counted out the 0.89 change as part of her purchase. It was precious to watch and knowing that these guys are supportive, friendly and patient. Called first to bring my Jeep in for a quick tire repair. After waiting patiently for a associate to process my service in the computer - her admitting she had no idea how to work the iPad device, asking for help & the tire repair service itself - it was around 2.5 hrs. Quality of service was good, but store associate's should have some clue on how to work the computer to process the requested service. read more

Communication being essential to all customer service the technicians at the lavale Walmart auto center are required remediation in both communication and customer service. Making your customers feel like an inconvenience is not only unprofessional but just plain rude. All they had to say they were to busy and that would have been fine. but instead one person said we have time the wait will be a while though as another person then yelled out that they were going to give the keys right back me if they werent done everything else first and they weren't going to work overtime. Number one . never expected them to work over it was 3:30 when I got there and theye closed at 7. Instead of saying I'm sorry we are busy. they said sure we can get you in to day and then yelled at me like I had done something . So I left. called the neighboring Walmart and explained my situation and they had me come right in. There is no need to treat anyone disrespectfully. I will never go there again. Closed 3hrs early on a Thursday evening, quit looking at cars over hour before posted. Next day currently over 3hrs just to look at a tire to even start to fixing. read more

Believe it or not, I think they do good service here. Mist important they have always been very honest with me, even if it's not in there Bret interest. I would let this place work on my car. read more
