Honest, Reliable, and Great Service…read more I read the reviews before coming in, and many of them seemed to be more about personality or communication issues than the actual work. So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

But that has to end because of my current experience with them. I take my car like clockwork every three months. But on the last couple of time, I noticed that my oil change light was coming on sooner than it should. My fiancé was having the same experience. We decided to have it checked out by a third party mechanic and they informed us that the oil cap had been put on to tight for both vehicles. When I called National Quick Lube they informed me that the car was leaking oil before that and did not tell me this was happening. I am not understanding how that could be for both vehicles when we never had an issue before this last oil change. And that seems to be a bit coincidental that both vehicles would have the same issue after coming to your shop. I was a loyal customer, but no more.

We were informed the vehicle would be ready around 2pm. Around 3:30 we called and were told the vehicle wasn't even in the bay yet but it should be ready shortly and they would call. About 5:30 we called again and the vehicle hadn't started service yet. We hadn't heard from them by 7pm (closing time) so we just figured we'd get the vehicle the next day. Around 8:15pm we received a call from a very nice gentleman " J" asking "are you coming to get your vehicle today?" We responded "we were waiting on a call stating the vehicle was ready." He waited for us to get there and we were able to get the vehicle. * Area of opportunity: communication * Overall: I'll likely return for future service needs to give them a second chance due to the courtesy and friendliness.

He recommended I go wait in the waiting room and without thinking I comply. I wait for probably 25 minutes. Today, 5/19/26 I go to open my hood and the clip you pull is broken as well as the cover. This car had been in the shop since 12/25 with neither of those parts damaged and got out the shop straight to get an inspection. I went to the shop to ask what happened and why the pliers had been used after I advised them not to and most importantly, if my vehicle was damaged, why wasn't I made aware. The "manager" advised I would have to meet him in the middle on solutions, I advised I shouldn't have to compromise, this should be fixed without penalty to me. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth he advised the area manager was out of town and is expected to return 5/22 and I'd have to wait for him. I then advised there had to be someone either below or above him to solve this issue now and he threatened to call the police. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I also think he disconnected hoses under my hood as I now have a gas smell coming from my hood and this car has had almost everything replaced on it from a licensed infiniti mechanic. From previous reviews this seems to be something they do regularly. I also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau once they add them there!
