When I talked to the assistant manager about it, he lied to me twice in 2 sentences. Even when I caught him in his lies, he lied more to cover it up. They able to get our car in right away, diagnose the problem--a faulty sensor, get the part from another location, fix the issue, and get us back on the road in just over two hours. Instead of waiting in the shop, one of the guys drove us to a local diner so we could have breakfast. Not only was it incredible service, but they only charged us for the part and a half-hour of labor! The bill was $200 for just the lug nuts. When we complained the lady said they were swollen which isn't what I was told. The swollen issue is known to Ford so basically they are passing the cost of their crappy lug nuts on to the customer.
