The employee did not look interested in helping from the moment I walked in. The expression on his face was one that said what the hell do you want?! I explained my issue and he gave me two wrenches which were clearly too small for the bolt head. I went out and tried the larger of the two he gave me saying, "it will be one of these". It was neither of those. I went back in and he had moved on to another customer. I decided not to bother him and just go to another store that had employees who would at least fake their way through a customer service interaction. I see now why this store has such a bad Yelp score. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
