Took my van to these people because they were able to get me in right away. they claimed it needed a ball joint and brake lines from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve. Absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints, Pictures prove it. They're not an honest company people and there's a reason they had no inspections scheduled and could take me right in when all the other shops were an average of 5 days out its because nobody goes there because of these bad practices.

States 5 critical items and not any that would fail it for inspection. #1 is state inspection #2 cabin air filter #3 engine air filter #4 serpentine belt damaged #5 windshield washer fluid low. Reality :#2 Cabin air filter was replaced by dealer at 4000 miles ago and no photo to show dirt. I call BS. #3 engine air filter in their own photo is not even dirty again BS. #4 the serpentine belt damaged was again BS. I bought a new one and a new tensioner from the dealer and when I took the old one off there was no visible damage at all. While the grooves were not as deep, no cracks or fraying. The picture they send is of the belt from 3 feet away with no damage shown. Total BS. #5 not worth mentioning. Shame on you for trying to fool me again. How they sleep well at night knowing they try to rip people off is the question I want answered?? They use the inspection to get you to service stuff they dont know if it was serviced or if visibly serviced still recommend it done again. Thinking of the mark up on lug nuts, my guess is they would charge close to 1000 for retail price of 200 in parts and my own labor of 1 hour. Please dont get fooled!!!

Around 9:30 I dropped in because I hadn't heard anything. I met John and explained the problem (because he hadn't done anything to even recognize my truck was sitting there). The problem: I tried to install new shocks myself and bent a tie rod in the process. After explaining this to him and taking my licks for my "I messed with something I shouldn't have" (rightfully so), john went into a short explanation that he didn't even know if he could fix the truck because I broke it. (I could hear the cash register warming up for my bill). When I asked how come because I bent a bolt, which could be easily cut off, I just was nervous continuing this project myself, John laughed and in a demeaning tone said "it could take me hours", I will look at it (maybe) today and let you know". So, the reason for my 2 star rating is simply because, in my opinion, I believe John smelled "blood in the water" and the S#\+ Eating Grin on his face gave me the impression I was being prepped for a ride! Call it a gut feeling but with previous ownership of several sport cars and dozens of mechanic trips, I can tell when someone likes a customer who is "in a bad spot".
