I had the spare put on and the tow truck driver recommended coming to the city to this spot. They totally hooked it up! Professional and efficient, they took the tire, buffed out the rim and I just needed air in the tire thank goodness! The price was fair and reasonable! The wires of the tire was not supposed to be out there like that especially on a good looking tire. That it could've been worse if we didn't slow down when we noticed the car driving weirdly.. 1 tire had a huge bubble and popped unknowingly and then after a few days the car started driving weirdly again and smelling of rubber so we looked and seen 3 HUGE bubbles on the inside of the tire. He said the 2nd tire was so bad he never see anything like that and hes surprised how we made it to him for a new tire. We knew it was bad but the way it looked when he took it off looked like it could explode in someone's face any minute. We wasted 80$ for 2 tires from Rodriguez Rims & Tires just for the tires to be defective and deadly..Please go elsewhere they don't give good tires.. Its quite a drive for me being down on 95th street so wanted to check before making the trek down After pulling into the parking lot, I went into the lobby area where I was quickly tended to. The associate took my name and phone number down and I was placed into an online queue that was texted to me. This link gives you a live status of your visit, including estimated service completion time (apparent its a newer system and can be inaccurate, was the case for me, seems to overestimate) After waiting about 15 mins, they called me up to ask what service im looking to do and recorded some info to set up a profile. Then sat back down to wait until my vehicle and tires could be taken a look at by the technicians, which was shortly after (wasnt too busy this morning fortunately) They seemed to be working on 4 to 5 vehicles at a time max. Ultimately the service itself took about an hour (longer than i thought), so overall i spent about 90 mins here to get my flat fixed free of charge, which im pretty satisfied with. I expected to need to wait a lot longer especially with free services being offered, which Id imagine can be the case on busier days/times of day so something to be wary of and plan for. They accept appointments as well so thats always an option Everything from arrival to servicing to leaving felt seamless - the attention, communication, and quality of service was spot on and I felt cared for during my visit (they even offered bottles of water for everyone waiting in the lobby :'). I could tell the staff here are trained in customer service from observing the interactions with other patrons while waiting, in addition to my own personal experience of course

This is something that absolutely should not happen after a basic oil change. I had to take my car to another shop the very next day, only to find out that my oil pan had been cracked during the service. As a result, I had to pay for a completely new oil pan and another oil change expenses I should never have had to deal with. To make matters worse, I've called the shop 7 times trying to get this addressed, and not once has anyone answered. The lack of accountability and communication is just as frustrating as the damage itself. This situation was not only inconvenient but also costly and stressful. An oil change is one of the most basic services, and damaging a major component like the oil pan is unacceptable. I trusted this location with my vehicle, and instead, I ended up with a bigger problem than I came in with. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience.
