From the moment we arrived, Damian and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and customer service. They thoroughly assessed our vehicle, clearly communicated the issue, and presented multiple repair options without any pressure, allowing us to make an informed decision. Their efficiency, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction enabled us to get back on the road quickly and with complete confidence in our vehicle. It is rare to encounter such a knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating team. Damian and everyone at this Meineke location truly went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service experience. I highly recommend this Meineke to anyone seeking honest, reliable, and professional automotive care. Thank you, Damian and the entire team, for turning a stressful experience into such a positive one.

I recently visited Meineke for a simple service on my car, expecting professionalism and quality…read morecare. What I received was the worst customer service imaginable. Initially, I came in for brake pads and an oil change. However, I received a call from Jeremy, who informed me that they had broken my brake sensor, which would delay my pickup. While frustrating, I thought, "Okay, things happen." Fast forward to the following week when I returned to pick up my car. Jeremy was nowhere to be found, and I was left dealing with a rude mystery man with no name tag. He claimed that my calipers had been replaced, which I knew was false. As we reviewed the receipt, I noticed I was being charged for the brake sensor that they broke. The mystery man insisted that I had to pay the full amount and promised to call me the next morning after he spoke to the service staff. Spoiler alert: no call came. When I reached out the next day, Jeremy refused to answer my questions, and Daniel acted as a middleman, spewing blatant lies. He claimed the sensor was never broken and that they had to "move numbers around" on my bill because of an alleged discount. To top it off, he had the audacity to say that the sensor was already broken when I brought the car in, despite Jeremy's earlier admission of their mistake. The brake light had been off prior to my visit, so Daniel's excuse made no sense. After refusing to talk to me directly, I was told, "Do whatever you want! Call corporate, it doesn't matter; our business is done, and your money is spent." This was said by Daniel, with Jeremy coaching him from the background. I paid over $1200 for subpar service and left feeling disrespected. As an active duty Air Force officer, I expected better treatment from a supposedly reputable establishment. I would not recommend this Meineke location to anyone.

The mechanic finally came out and told me I was "6k miles overdue on my spark plugs" I told him my REGULAR mechanic just changed them maybe 2 months ago. This was the first red flag, as a woman by myself I could sense they were trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Then he goes on to say I have an oil leak--the worst/hardest kind to fix, and gave me a quote of over $1000. I had just in the last few months had a lot of work done on my car, diagnostic as well, and found it pretty convenient my regular mechanic didn't catch an oil leak but they somehow did. I declined the estimate, took my car home and spoke with multiple mechanics. I let cardboard sit under my car for several days and not a drop of oil appeared. At the advice of my mechanic I also let my engine idle for 15 minutes with the cardboard underneath, as he said some leaks do not drip until pressure builds in the engine. Still NOT A DROP! He explained to me that companies like HARRIS send out these coupons for oil changes to get you in the door, and then upsell you on all this work you don't need. They make very little money just doing oil changes all day why else would they practice business this way when they are a full service garage? I will NEVER return, and shame on them for trying to scam a young woman by herself, just trying to get her oil changed for a good price.
