Did they drop the bolts? No idea. I could hear the parts coming off when I was driving. Another cover is also missing that was removed to do the oil change. I watched them remove it. It too is gone and I suspect it was not reinstalled. Their excuse is that it came in that way. NO WAY THAT HAPPENED! I would have known. For my time and trouble they printed me a free oil change for next time. Never going to use that. Then they had me buy and bring in a new front cover for them to install and suddenly it too was damaged. It wasn't damaged when i brought it in. The dealer did the previous oil change and everything checked out fine. Having a body shop replace the missing parts at a cost of over $800 dollars. I am not the only one! Check their reviews! NEVER GO THERE! You can do better!

I read that changing out the fluid was the first thing i should try - so I popped in at 9:00am sharp on a Sunday morning and told the tech what was going on - he 100% agreed that this was the first thing to try - so they did that (he said he flushed the power steering pump twice because it was so old, which i appreciate), changed the oil while i was there and i took his advice to change the rear differential, he told me everything else looked fine. I like to take advice from people who I feel are giving me honest feedback, change this, but not that, etc. I was out of there 30 minutes later and my power steering noise was gone. Tech didnt just drain and replace oil but measured how much was in the case and showed me a rather nasty leak on the oil heat exchanger. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic. The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. They replace the filter element, added oil and got me sorted quickly. No messing around. Also, I had a screw in my tire--which I knew but forgot to tell them about. The technician saw that and repaired the tire without being asked. So, so helpful and done with initiative. All done very reasonably. Awesome! Thank you

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. You know the place is proud and does good service when their front desk area has all sorts of cool posters, old cars, accolades, and memorabilia. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. Can't ask for better bang of the buck, bout $110 total after looking at everything. P.S. They filled my windshield wiper fluid up for free. Thanks Olde's!
