If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they WOULD NOT be doing my oil change because my "drain plug needs to be torqued" this is not true as I, a damn female, have been changing my oil for the past 5 years, not once did I need to torque anything except the nuts on my wheels. I couldn't do it this time since I am on deployment and living in a hotel. The auto care center is living up to its reputation of being the laziest and most incompetent auto center. It's best to not waste your time. Go to a real mechanic because these people need to clearly read up on how to do oil changes. And they left their trash in my car. Thanks for that read more

I went in at 9:00am to get an oil change, tires rotated, and my fluids topped off. I was told it would take 2 hours because there were cars a head of mine. I left at 2:30pm because my car was done and the mechanics didn't tell anyone. And they left all the trash in my car... The lady at the desk was so sweet though. She deserves 5 stars. Update we just found out they put a part on backwards and started dragging while driving spare yourself and please don't go here! read more

Terribly dissatisfied. I took my vehicle to Walmart for a simple oil change and they turned me back saying that I needed tu purchase the oil filter myself because they didn't have it in stock in time. So I went and purchased the filter and returned at a later time. When I returned they told me they could change my oil, my relief however, was short lived because soon after they tell me they cannot service my vehicle after all due to the fact that they do not have the correct tool. Come to find out they attempted to service it anyways and destroyed the oil plug. Subsequently; I had to pay for a new plug and for a mechanic to remove the oil plug by force! All of this valuable time and money wasted just because Walmart automotive center was careless and unprofessional when handling my car. read more

Service manager rude. Asked for an up date on my car after an hour and he answers that there are other people in front of us. Then walks out the door. I think we should be told how things are going especially after waiting longer than the time told to us. I will go somewhere else next time. read more

been here for 4 hours to get my oil changed and ONE tire mounted. technician came in to say he forgot about the tire mount and when I asked the front desk clerk that I wanted my keys back and to pay for the oil change so I could leave, she said "nope"???? So I'll probably be here for another 2 hours. Apart from that I heard the techs complaining about and crap talking the customers?! Insane. Don't come here. read more
