At the end of the day, they are salesmen but they don't try to upsell you if you don't want to go an expensive route. They're also respectful of your vehicle where some tire shops are rough and may scratch or knick your wheels. I had aftermarket rims and they were sure to be careful with them to not damage them.

I lost all air instantly and it forced me off the road. This created a very dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. I'm extremely disappointed. A valve stem failure this soon after installation feels like a basic quality control issue that should never happen. I trusted Discount Tire with my safety, and this experience fell far short of what I expected.
