My biggest issue was the customer service. The technicians outside had the 1,000-yard stare ‍...not a peep or a thought behind those eyes. Thankfully, the manager came out, greeted me, and got everything moving. The employee who helped me inside was efficient but not particularly friendly, while the lead next to him was excellent with his customer. The pricing and service earned the 4 stars, but I think the outside technicians could benefit from a little more customer service training. A simple greeting goes a long way.

I look over and see Sanchez Tire Shop was open (Christmas Eve) and limp over there. Tony Sanchez greeted me and said I would have to take it to Ford to get it fixed. That wasn't the best part. He offered to drive me to get a rental car and arranged for my truck to be towed. Edward Sanchez took my truck to Ford (I had continued on my trip with the rental car) and spoke to the technicians at Ford on my behalf. Sanchez Tire Shop diagnosed the problem quicker than Ford did.
