Stayed in my car too! So no germ spreading. Inspection cost $7 bucks, it's law and standard for vehicles. So I don't know why people say they get charged more at other shops. Huge Parking not. Don't pull in the port on the street side cause that's the exit. Waiting area is locked and closed so don't be pulling on the door and getting more Covid germs. Quick, fast, and friendly service. Thank you. I think they are great so I want to spread their information and made them an Acct so they can get more business cause they are cool. originally found them on google, so I didn't take a picture of my own.

Once, they failed to replace my dipstick! That resulted in oil spray all over the engine compartment. This time, it was the tire pressure. I asked for 33 psi all the way around. Air pressure is listed as part of their service. They lost two of my valve caps. I did not get the pressure I requested. No two tires were the same, and none of them was 33 psi. Nope! Not going back.

Very straightforward and very reasonable labor rate. They had my car the entire day and yet only charged 3 hours of labor which includes the problems they ran into. My biggest issue was the customer service. The technicians outside had the 1,000-yard stare ‍...not a peep or a thought behind those eyes. Thankfully, the manager came out, greeted me, and got everything moving. The employee who helped me inside was efficient but not particularly friendly, while the lead next to him was excellent with his customer. The pricing and service earned the 4 stars, but I think the outside technicians could benefit from a little more customer service training. A simple greeting goes a long way.

I lost all air instantly and it forced me off the road. This created a very dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. I'm extremely disappointed. A valve stem failure this soon after installation feels like a basic quality control issue that should never happen. I trusted Discount Tire with my safety, and this experience fell far short of what I expected. I hope the store reviews their installation procedures and valve stem practices so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Was given dirty looks and talking amongst themselves when I wanted to watch my car being worked on. Most places have windows into the service bay where you can watch. THE BIGGEST ISSUE: After my oil change was done and I received the car I noticed a few things. When my car went on it's "test drive" after the oil change, I realized my car had been driven in a spirited manner. My drive mode had been changed to sport, my gauges were set to track, my oil was above "test drive" temperatures and most of all my vehicle app had recognized the car going above posted speed limits. This is unacceptable.
