One of the sensors snapped off and took part of a tire stem with it unfortunately during our travels. We knew we were going to be in the Clinton area for three or four days so we made a few phone calls and reached eastern Iowa tire. They told us if we could swing by early afternoon they would make room for us and get us taken care of. It took them approximately an hour to get everything done, we ran errands and returned at the time they said it would be done and everything was ready! Total charge was $65 and we are happily back on the road. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for taking care of us so quickly! Can highly recommend these folks

Called to get a quote on a simple install of a muffler I had purchased. Was told they don't install…read morewhat they don't sell. So they cant upcharge a junk muffler 800% they wont sell it. I have been here twice before within the last couple of years and both times had zero issue having parts I had bought myself installed. Really going downhill Midas.... Muffler is aftermarket and is the exact muffler that's on there now...and you would have to fab a pipe over the axle... pretty easy money down the drain.

I could wait or they had a shuttle service that could take me home and pick me up. I decided I would wait there. When I got there they said it would take 3 hours and they would shuttle me home. I asked if they would call me when it was done and they said yes. 4 hours later my wife drove me over as I was unable to reach them by phone. The car had not been moved. Nothing done. The service adviser, Jason, then started making excuses. They were short a couple techs, so busy, .... The shuttle driver had earlier told me they were short one tech who was on his honeymoon. Not exactly an unscheduled absence. Jason then said they would get the tires on and I specifically asked if he would call me when it was done. He said yes. 4:30 rolls around and I have not heard anything so I call them. The car is done and Jason said he sent a data message but it might have not gone through. When I paid, Phil said "thanks for your patience". No, "sorry we really messed up today" or "I'm taking $50 off your bill today for the hassle". As I started with, sad day. I am late writing this but I figured better late than never…read more I went here a month or so ago with a very strange request. I got to this store at 8:43 pm mind you they close at 9. I needed to return the front break pads I had bought from the advanced auto parts in Waterloo Iowa because they had sold me the wrong ones. The receipt was merely a copy on my phone , all I had was a picture of what the break pads should look like. I know right ... But , Mandy and the gentleman that was also there , (definitely an employee but he was off the clock it seemed) went above and beyond for me!! We opened and checked at least 12 boxes and almost gave up when something I said clicked for Miss Mandy and she found the ones I needed!!! See I couldn't tell her if my vehicle was an SE or sxt or what not . It was not marked anywhere as such and beings that it was once an undercover detectives car it made things even harder. I don't know if I have ever experienced such awesome customer service as I received from these two that night! And mind you I've worked in the hospitality industry all my life. They both deserve a pay raise at the least and a good gift card to show appreciation hands down. THANK YOU BOTH ONCE AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP THAT NIGHT!!! Once done it was well after closing and they both just stood there smiling and happy to have been able to help me in such a way!
